First visit was a waste of time because…
First visit was a waste of time because the replacement screen was badly scratched. This should have been checked before I had to do a nearly two hour round trip, having taken a half day off work. Very poor service.

The team were polite and professional
The team were polite and professional. It took a few hours but I was told it would in advance so arranged to go shopping for the afternoon. The window is fine, no issues. I would recommend them, but don’t wait as the waiting room isn’t very nice!

An excellent service
The technician called in advance; carried out a renewal of one of the rear door windows speedily clearing all the glass which had accumulated in the cab. He was courteous and efficient. I'm very appreciative of his attention to detail.
