Had a good experience here, after insurance claim for a stone hit window incident. The online booking was straightforward, gave us a booking within 3 working days and kept us informed of arrival time. Repair was made in good time, at our address, mechanic friendly and capable. Online invoice received immediately, we paid wirelessly. Would recommend.

The lads at the centre were great, attentive and helpful. They managed to get the job done despite some challenges. However, the worst part was the Telephone Centre which booked the job. They failed to mention the vehicle will not be accessible overnight as the sealants needed to cure. I was only notified of this during a reminder call from the centre on the day which was far from ideal. It meant I needed to leave the car there, use public transport (2 hours each way) and make last minute arrangements for school runs and pick ups.
As a side, my booking was made for the afternoon, day before the meeting I received Text that quoted morning slot and the link (to the booking) referred to afternoon slot. It was messier than it needed to be.

I needed to replace my damaged screen with a manufacturers original. My insurance provided directed me to National windscreens who explained the premium involved with using a manufacturers original product and started the process of procuring one. I was updated regularly on order status and on the day of replacement, I needed to take the car to a local centre, the process was efficient and all done within a few hours. Friendly, informative and helpful experience.

Huge crack in windscreen - obviously needed a replacement. Excellent service from National Windscreens. Arrived when they said they would,and I could live-track the progress of my windscreen fitter as he worked towards my address. Pleasant, friendly fitter who did a great job in little time. I am delighted with how easy and professional the whole thing was. Thank you.

They couldn't organise a booze up in a brewery.
Windscreen cracked on 4 June, car booking in for the 12th June (Thursday) 1.5 Hours after I had dropped the car off at the depot, they call to tell me they can't complete the job as the new windscreen was damaged during delivery! Do they not check them for damage when they are delivered rather than waste customers time? Car rebooked in for the Tuesday. As a driving instructor, if the car is off the road, I'm not earning so now 2 days work lost.
On Monday, they call to say they can't get another windscreen and are unsure when they will be able to get one but it will be unlikely to be this week - Driving test booked for Friday - Can't use a car for a test with a cracked windscreen, so one unhappy student faced with the prospect of another 6 month wait.
Insurance company notified that I am not happy so they chase it up.
Then I get a text reminding me of Tuesdays appointment so I call the depot who say there is no windscreen but couldn't explain why they sent the text. They will call when they know a windscreen is on its way. As I discuss their incompetence and lack of care, the guy on the phone (Dan) first tries talking over me and then shouting!
Tuesday's lessons all rescheduled back in.
Tuesday morning, after the first lesson had started, they call to say the windscreen is there and ask for the car to be taken down immediately. If the supplier didn't have any windscreens in stock, how did they get one so quick? Something tells me the depot were telling lies and when the insurance company got involved, they were caught out!
