Great service. Dan and Hannah both helped me mounting system for my solar system. I completed my transaction online with a bank transfer. Dan delivered my rails and extras the next day, all items as described. I would recommend to a friend and I will definitely be using them again. 5 ⭐️

After a couple of scrapes with “sharky”…
After a couple of scrapes with “sharky” companies, we contacted Nationwide as we were in the market for quite a big install. I have to admit, we’re were a bit sceptical!
We spoke initially with Geoff who immediately put us at ease, I liked not only his manner, but his polite and professional approach. He certainly knew his stuff as well.
We arranged a survey which was sorted within a couple of weeks. We then agreed a price (very reasonable) and a tentative installation date.
Throughout the whole process, the communication was excellent. The whole team there were also very polite and you could tell are happy in their jobs.
Yesterday was our I install date, the guys turned up bang on time (after driving all the way from Gretna Green) and worked their socks off until around 7pm last night. The standard of workmanship is excellent (as you can see from the pics)
All in all a great company, they really made the whole experience a delight. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Early days but all good
On Tuesday 24th of October I recently had the pleasure of meeting Mr Amarpal Ryatt When he came to visit me in response to my enquiry concerning the installation of solar heating panels to my property in Brighouse.
A most personable man he explained the advantages of Solar panels and the possible savings and costs.
He explained the workings of the panels and the auxiliary equipment required. After we had a coffee I showed him the
south facing roof area and also the access to the loft area to which he suggested the required number of panels ( six ) and the siting of the control equipment that would give the best benefits at the least expenditure. He explained the operation of the various parts of the system and the fact that the panels themselves have a 25 year working guarantee also the other warrantees and the excellent back up service that Nationwide Renewables provide. He helped me through the financial side explaining the pros and cons involved.
We agreed a deal and set the wheels in motion to proceed with the Installation.
The following day Samuel rung me and introduced himself as my Project coordinator we went through the system and we fixed a day for the Technical Survey to be done.
On the following Thursday I had the occasion to ring Nationwide Renewables office where I spoke to the most helpful Priya about a financial query witch she efficiently dealt with.
Early days yet but up to now Nat Ren ( my shortened title for them ..saves a lot of typing ) have been brilliant

Excellent Customer Service - Exceeding Client Expectations
Priya in the Projects Team was excellent. An Admin procedure had been overlooked due to a member of the team leaving the company. I was transferred to Priya to deal with my issue and her customer service and dedication to keeping the client happy are a credit to her. She couldn't have done more to assist me, including driving to another NWR location to ensure that the procedure was activated before the cut-off time that was later the same evening. We would like to share our experience of Nationwide renewables
We had a visit on Monday 16 October from there assessor Amarpal from the outset he was friendly and professional, he took his time to fully explain all our options and the impact these would have on our energy bills.
Amarpal was very knowledgeable about the companies products and procedures and was able to put together a package we were happy with and also helped with arranging a loan for funding.
Subsequently I received a follow up call from Priya who introduced herself as our project manager, she was very friendly and professional explaining the next steps and ensuring we were happy with everything that had been arranged before booking an installation date.
I get the feeling that customer care is very important to this company and look forward to our panels being installed and up and running. If the installation goes as smoothly as the initial arrangement stage I will be very happy and so far I can highly recommend getting in touch with them if you are thinking about solar panels.

Reading peoples reviews I can confirm that I did get my deposit refund BUT only after a whole month of calls to various people.
The salesman that came to my home was extremely pushy stayed a very long time and despite me saying I wanted my panels fitted free he produced a payment receipt without my permission - hence my request for a cancellation and full investigation.
