The service provided fronm start to finish is outstanding the booking and planning guy I talked to is invaluable to the firm helping me out in all sorts of things going beyond the call of duty giving 110 % and without LEWIS CHAPMAN then I might have failed to get there because of a missed connection and he is considered more of a friend than an employee the running of the Natural clinic is like clockwork a slick organisation the trechnology and equipment and experience seems second to none and of the two dentists they were excellent and special mention to the Lady dentist who fashioned my new smile she was a real expert as far as I was concerned and I am ecstatic with the results the whole organisation I also had another procedure treated such is the confidence I have in expertise and was to treat a bacterial infection was expertly treated by the Lady at the stem cell hair renewal site and aftercare products recomended and it remains free from infection so yes a great all-round place with its finger on the pulse of things I can thouroghly recommend the Natural clinic I am highly delighted with the outcome of my treatment

There are no words to express how grateful I am to have been able to communicate and finally meet Dorrin Mousavi at Natural Clinic. My weight loss journey has been very long and difficult but I was finally at the point where I needed plastic surgery. As I told Dorrin my story throughout our communication, she advised me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! She worked day and night partly due to the time difference from the U.S, but also because she wanted me to have the answers I needed quickly. She took all my information and chose the best surgeon and care team for me. As someone who has never had a procedure like this before (Abdominalplasty, body lift, and breast lift) I was very anxious and nervous. She not only talked me through everything, but she took care of EVERYTHING! She has been with me from the moment I landed. She even answered questions I had before I asked them. She is kind hearted, genuine, and truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond going back and forth with her team to make everything seem effortless She makes you feel like family and you wouldn’t even know she had any other patients as she makes you feel like you’re the only one. She is there, scheduling your appointments, scheduling your pick ups and drop offs and she is there every time you need her. She doesn’t leave you after the procedure either. Her beautiful kind face is always there to help even after your procedure and answer any questions you have for your aftercare, which is truly amazing. If you were skeptical like I was, please allow Dorrin the opportunity to talk to you about the future you see for yourself because she can help it become a reality. And she can do it all and make it look effortless. She has access to the top surgeons for any situation, not just plastics surgery. It’s her intuition, her kindness, and her good heart that puts you at ease and she will work hard for you to give you a second chance at life as she did for me. There are so many dental clinics in Turkey it’s almost impossible to find one that you can trust.

I did my research but was still extremely nervous about my journey into the unknown.

I had several root canal treatments and 26 crowns and it’s fair to say that my journey wasn’t all smooth sailing.

However, the treatment and service I received was second to none and far exceeded my expectations.

The team listened and they acted. The support I received from Felix was exceptional and he was by my side (virtually at least) throughout the process and I am truly grateful for that.

I left the clinic with a beautiful smile thanks to all the team at Natural Clinic!

Please don't dismiss my honest non incentivized (when I was there I was incentivized multiple times) review.
I'm not very happy. hopefully this will change. Despite giving them MULTIPLE opportunities to change this opinion I was ignored and shipped off back home.
"UPDATE"
after posting this review the first time around I was drafted into a clinic and met by a manager who was very apologetic and made various promises (that they didn't keep) if I gave them the chance to change my mind. So I took this review down. They gave me a number and promised we were keeping touch however my messages were ignored and I was told that person who gave me the number was not authorized to speak to clients who weren't in the clinic.

The problem seems to be with the sales, accounting, customer support and by default the management side of things.
On my last visit. To my surprised on the last day of my last visit while in severe pain and barely able to talk (potentially I guess why thay chose that moment) I was marched up to the accounting office where they proceeded to demand payment for seven nights accommodation. I was explicitly told (in writing) before I came that this would be included in the package. Fyi by their own admission. the packages never include enough hotel accommodation for the entirety of the treatment. I had asked them very specifically to check as I was concerned something like this might happen. I have sine been trying to discuss this with a manager (for months).
The second day of this visit they asked me for another €790 for some service or something they could not explain. Thankfully this amount mysteriously disappeared. A day or two later they asked me to pay €650 for additional teeth I had not asked for or agreed to. Again After pulling them up on this they drop the charge.
Also unless you are physically in the clinic the communication/support is really bad to non-existent. there seems to be nothing along the lines of written advice either on the website or given to you before/after treatment. To explain things like what to do what not to do or what to expect ect. Not even the basic frequently asked questions stuff that would be really helpful and reassuring. In fact they seem to say pretty much anything to get you in the door.
Currently I'm still waiting to see the manager and conclude my treatment. I was told these appointments would be today however it's 2:00 and i have no idea what time if at all they're going to want me to come in.
Update. Surprise surprise. they did not come and get me. in fact they ignored my messages and calls.
Well I'm just grateful that they will still provide the airport transport unless this is also a lie. Despite the confirmation of this I am of course skeptical. I Guess I won't find out till tomorrow.
Thankfully I have only been conned out of a small amount. That pales into insignificance in comparison to others. Not to mention the people that seem to have been left physically disfigured or in a worse state and when it started.
Bottom line is it is cheap for a reason in this case. Maybe there are other places in Turkey that do not behave/operate in the same manner.
FYI natural clinic. please don't bother responding to this with the same copy and pasted message also used on trustpilot (claiming my name dose not appear on the system) for low star reviews to try and discredit them.

Natural Clinic are a professional organization.
The arrangement of transport and hotels to the surgery is very proficient.
My surgeon Dr Emre is without doubt brilliant in his field with an excellent bedside manner. I cannot fault him.
The clinic can be chaotic with so many patients transverse reception.
Although there's many interpreters, communication can be difficult as many local people do not speak English.
I would recommend Natural Clinic.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Orcun Ozaydin at Natural Clinic in Istanbul. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and gentle. Throughout the entire process, he explained every step in detail so I always knew what was happening. Dr. Ozaydin is also a wonderful listener—he never makes a final decision without discussing it thoroughly with the patient and making sure we are comfortable.

The work he did on my teeth is truly amazing. For the first time in my life, I can smile with confidence and be genuinely happy with my teeth. I am beyond grateful for his skill, professionalism, and care. I highly recommend Dr. Ozaydin to anyone looking for top-quality dental treatment.

The sales team at Natural Clinic has been Very Helpful in Putting me in connection with the City of Istanbul to lodge a complaint against Bahar Dogan Dental after their Salesman and his Cash counting partner Stole 2250.00 USD FROM ME !! I have given All of the Evidence Directly to the CITY OF ISTANBUL However the man who was investigating MELIH at BAHAR DOGAN DENTAL Has NOT contacted me in Months so I am left to hire my friend a LAWYER AND GO AFTER BAHAR DOGAN Directly although she Cannot Speak ENGLISH Melih and her Counter Man were or Are in her Direct Employment so WE Will hit her And the Istanbul Medicsl Tourism where it hurts Directly I. Our experience with the clinic was amazing with the first and second visit the whole staff member are outstanding from Coordinator Rania , Sam and Dr Layla Dr ginger . One of the best organized and professional people I ever meet . I visited Natural clinic with my spouse for dental implants in Nov 2025. We had an excellent experience throughout our one week stay. The hospital driver took us from airport and we reached our hotel. Next day we were warmly greeted by medical representative and coordinators. They provided us the best package deal for implants. The dental specialist Dr Reha was exceptionally professional and experienced and did our implants. Spceial thanks to medical representative Lara and her manager Ahmad and the best coordinator ever named Habiba who provided an excellent service to us on every step in the hospital. We proudly say that Natural clinic is the best hospital in Turkey for dental implants and strongly recommend for others to visit this hospital where quality of services is never compromised and they always provide the best treatment and options for their clients. God bless all the staff working in Natural clinic.

I am very happy with my treatment at Natural Clinic. I sent a message and immediately received assistance from Zineb, a highly professional consultant who guided me throughout the entire process. She supported me both through messages and in person at the clinic, always reassuring me with her perfect English and calm explanations. She made sure I understood everything clearly and personally accompanied me to the dentists, who also did an excellent job with my treatment.

I experienced zero pain, and everything was perfectly taken care of. I give Natural Clinic 5 stars and highly recommend Zineb as a consultant if you want to feel supported and at ease.

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone ! .This is the worst place for dental care .Extremely incompetent doctors and finance team that will scam you and rip you off .Do not believe in good reviews they have , they force employees to write them . This is a con company , they even have two names Natural Clinic and Prof Clinic . They do not care about you , they care about money you pay .I went there to get dental implants and crowns . Two visits in 2025 .I contacted them via What`sApp and they gave me a quote in amount of 5800.00 Euro for my implants , crowns , hotel , transportation and medication . I flew to Istanbul but as soon as I arrived in this clinic the price changed . They know you are an easy target when you are already there so they rip you off. These girls from finace team have no kowledge nor education in dentristry but in fact they decide how much you have to pay . In USA your dentist sees you first and prepares an estimate for you . In Natural Clinic is done by those girls in mini skirts who have no idea nor education in this fild .But they lie beautifully and are trying to scam you .They have diffrent prices for everyone . If you come from better country you pay more ... This is how it works . They never give you itemized estimate is always a deal ( how they call it ) You can not get a price of 1 implant or crown . They make you beilive that you are getting a good deal while they charge you twice as much as ather clinics in Istanbul .So I got a new price . It went from 5800.00 Euro to 10500.00 Euro . Twice as much .... for the same treatments the same amount of implants and crowns . One big scam . I got my implants on my first visit but when I got back after 5 months my doctor was gone and I got a student to perform surgery . Doctors come and go , they do not stay in this clinic for long . You do not know who is who . They do not introduce themself , they have no name tags , no diplomas on the walls . Strange . On my first visit should get my implants and have 2 pins removed but my doctor skipped one so I still have it .He told me he removed both of them but one stil shows on my x-ray .Nobody tells the truth in this place . On my next visit i should get my crowns so medical student ( not a doctor ) made surgery cut my gums , placed abutments let me heal for couple of days . After that i got my first fitting . All was wrong , My new teeth were out of center and not aligned with the arch so upper teeth and lower teeth had no contact and teeth were to short with gaps between them . Just terrible. They made me new teeth but this time i was not able to close my mouth . It`s worth mentioning that I was assured that Natural Clinic has and uses Smile design software . Another lie !!!! I could avoid many problems if computer design my cowns . When I went back to the clinic there was no progress , nothing was done as it should be . New crown did not fit but instead of remaking them my doctor started sanding my crowns , when it did not help started shaving my abutments . Unfortunately it did not help so I ended up with crown what doesn`t fit at all , is too high and has a big gap between the crows and my gums . This is so wrong . I can chew only on one side . My gums are bleeding . My bite is wrong . My joints hurt and cause discomfort because the bite is bad . My teeth do not support my lips bacause are too short .It looks terrible !!!1 I have a problem with speach and chewing . Everything what they have done is just bad . In the place where I have 2 implants one by one they made me two joined crowns . Who doea things like that ? You build the bridge and skip one implant or if you have 2 implants you should get 2 separete crowns . My dentist told me that it can not be saved and I should remove it and start over . Natural Clinic is ignoring me now . I am writing to them for months in vein . DO NOT GO TO THAT CLINIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I accompanied my brother to Natural Clinic for his dental implant treatment, and we both had an amazing experience! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish – airport transfers, hotel accommodation, and every step of the treatment process. The doctors were highly professional, kind, and made my brother feel completely at ease during the procedure.
The clinic is modern, clean, and the whole team was welcoming and attentive. As a companion, I also felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.

I was extraordinarily well taken care of for my procedures (abdominoplasty and hair transplant), and I would like to highlight the remarkable flexibility of the team. They managed to adjust my schedule perfectly, performing the hair transplant upon my arrival so I could move forward more smoothly with the abdominoplasty earlier in the week.

The clinic itself is extremely modern, and the hospital where I was transferred for the surgery (Avrasya Hospital) was also very well equipped and reassuring in terms of hygiene and medical standards.

I would also like to thank Anna, who took care of me for about three months before my arrival, Ms. Soukaïna, who ensured that everything went perfectly once I was there, and Mr. Aziz, who followed up with me closely during my stay at the hospital and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

If I had to mention a slightly negative point, it would be that sometimes, especially at night in the hospital, it was a bit difficult to find someone who spoke English right away. However, at the end of the day we are in Hospital in Istanbul we can’t blame them to not all speak English

In summary, between the modern facilities, the flexible organization, and the attentiveness of the entire team, I can only warmly recommend Natural Clinic in Istanbul.

I chose Natural Clinic because they offered me the best conditions for my surgery, which was the lengthening of the femur and tibia. During these surgeries, they offered me maximum comfort in terms of health care, physiotherapy, food and accommodation. I met here with high professionalism but also humanity. BEWARE !!! Went for a tummy tuck/360 lipo in January for lose skin around my lower stomach and left me with my lower back ruined.

My back is actually worse now than before i went. Messaged them on the 16/10/2025 and im still waiting on a reply.

Quick enough to take the payment out of your hand but as soon as you leave they couldnt care about you in the slightest
