I have a small discolouration on my big toenail. I am on my 3rd pen and so far a clear difference is visible. That has convinced me. I will continue to use the pens as a preventative measure.

Order on Monday, product arrived on Wednesday. Happy with the progress I made

Interesting approach on herbal cosmetics. Their transparency really makes them stand out. Backing up every statement with a claim really convinced me.

My 3rd order from Naturalislab and can’t complain. After purchase service works like a charm and Christina is very helpful.

Product seems to work like described. Shipping took a total of 5 days. Received an answer within 3 hours to my mail.

Disgusting - been waiting 4/5 weeks for my order €39.99.THIS IS A SCAM. Spent hours trying to someone /anyone!!! Can't afford to lose this.

Ordered 3x fungal nail product via Facebook advert on 5th Feb. Then came on here, read the reviews and panicked! I waited the time frame outlined in email regarding dispatch and delivery times. Didn’t receive product within that timeframe. Emailed them on 14th Feb and was very direct advising I would take matters further as I believed this was looking more and more like a scam. I received a response same day to say items were dispatched and they arrived yesterday (Friday 16th).
I have given 3 stars for communication and prompt resolve of complaint re delivery. IF the miraculous happens and my two big toenails show significant improvement from using this product then I’ll say this product works. One toenail is ridged, slightly thick at the end and discoloured. Other toenail has started discolouring and hoping to stop it getting worse.
**Side Note** Product pens are quite small, not sure if one pen will last 1 month as described on website but we’ll see. Started using yesterday so cannot review if the product works but I’ll come back after the 3 month nail re-growth advice on website to provide an update.

Order never arrives.

I placed an order with this company on 19th Jan 24 via a facebook ad, silly me only read the comments section and believed the hype. No product has arrived as of 10th Feb 24, numerous emails ignored, first one on the day of order was answered by someone called Christina, assuring me my address was updated and corrected (as I had accidentially put in the wrong house number). Nothing answered since. Their live chat function does not seem to work either, what a suprise!!
I have no doubt now that this company is a total scam. If you search for them on facebook they have totally disappeared, they must just put the ad up every so often to hook new victims in to their dirty little scam.
Well now I am down the guts of Fifty Euro, lesson learned, I should have read the reviews on TrustPilot before I ordered anything from them.

This is a scam. I placed an order in December and never received my product and they are not answering my emails. I wish I had read the reviews here first 😞

Haven't received my order . Emailed and received no reply. Only read Trustpoilet reviews after I ordered. Realise now I've been robbed . Do not use this company

Yes, unfortunately this is a scam. Have received the same experience as others: product hasn’t arrived weeks after I ordered it. Have received some responses to my chasing emails, but these have always offered a refund, which is very suspicious. The phone number appears to be a personal mobile where the mailbox is full! I was told the item was sent this week, a week after promised, I am still waiting! Their Covent Garden premises on Google appear to be suspicious with no formal entrance to the business. £20 spent and I’ll put this down to learning a lesson to check my suppliers in future.

Update:12/1/24. A post-Christmas miracle! The order arrived this afternoon! So, it’s not a scam, just a company with very poor service fulfilment and a nonexistent customer service department.

This is a scam. I ordered on 13th December and no product received. They have not answered my emails. I emailed for the third time yesterday and requested a refund, instead I’ve had a notification that its been posted today - no replies to my emails. I will be sending back if it arrives!

I placed an order on 7th of December. Today is 5th of January and I still haven't had my order. I chased and didn't get an explanation or a reply. Avoid this company!

This product seemed too good to be true and it is. Do not fall into the trap of buying it😡

It’s a scam.
I should have smelt a rat when perusing the website.
So many reviews.
All of them positive.
Same experience as all the others.
Placed an order that I haven’t received, no correspondence.
Companies house says the business is dormant.

I feel, in all good conscience, to update my review.
On the day I received a full refund from PayPal 11/1/24 my order arrived.
From the day I placed the order 2/12/23 and received an invoice and notification that delivery would be 2 - 5 days.
I had been unable to receive any communication at all.
Not by phone, email, or live chat ?
Twice I received an email to say it had been sent via Royal Mail but no tracking number ?
What a way to run a business !
If they had supply issues ?
I would have understood, I would have waited.
Or they could have refunded me.
But to just stick your head in the sand like an ostrich is the height of stupidity.
So I stick by the one star for customer service.
But I can’t rate the product because I haven’t tried it, and it would take several months before I could leave an honest review as to the efficiency of the product.

I ordered on 4th December and still not received anything. Like many on this page, they ignore my emails! I would rather have given my money to a charity. They should be ashamed!

Received 3 toenail fungus solution tubes for £34. It said money back guarantee. It's a SCAM. It doesn't work. You can message & email them which I did numerous times, but you get no reply or acknowledgement. A company who really believes in their product would answer your queries & honour the money back guarantee. This so called company just takes your money for a solution that doesn't work. Avoid at all costs!
