They sent me out the wrong items and refused to give me a refund even though I was within the refund window period. When they finally agreed to accept the items back they told me the likely hood of the contents spilling out on the way back to them was high and that if that were to happen I would be refused of my refund! Awful customer service from Duleydis he/she was so unhelpful! Never will I order from this platform again !

I'll give one star for actually having received some goods two weeks after I ordered them -- however they were the wrong goods and obviously someone else's order who will have received mine! I emailed and immediately received the automated reply, very polite and "inspiring", that is to say friendly and eco conscious. Over a week later I am still waiting for instructions where to send back to and for th correct items to be delivered. I won't be risking another order from them. Obviously they are struggling with lack of expertise in a difficult world, but then always the best of intentions paved the way to hell.

So my order it's been out for delivery for three days, just a few miles away from me and it keeps going back. I've asked for a refund as I'm sure that I'll never receive it but Naturitas said that I'll get the refund after I return the goods. What goods???????

The worst customer service ever. Everytime I email them, I get the same reply which is not related to the content of what I've written. I love the products but I know where else to buy them from. Don't worry, I won't leave you my money, you'll be reported to Trading Standards.

first few orders came quite quick however my last order was shipped on 13th april and i ordered on 10th its now 22nd april and nothing has arrived, i tried online chat no one is available, they are not in the uk at all, i paid for 48 hour delivery too,and its been 10 days plus,royail mail said delivery was due yesterday nothing came.
i wont be ordering form here again as its false information a website that claims to be in the ul when its not says it all.

I have order 3 items on 16/03/2022 and today is 6/04/2022, my parcel still has not arrived. I asked to refund and what say answer is “parcel is on its way will arrive in few hours” and still no refund. I won’t accept parcel because 23 days on its way, I have no idea what conditions or what temperature is held in.

Just bought from this company 2 sets of medical devices(ear's cons ) which are used to get your wax out of the earn.The products seems to be ok but in each box that contain 2 cons should have been also a scented ceramic and I found just one.For that you will lose one customer.Such a share from you to take it out of the box and to leave just one... I can justify with photos...

Received all products in my order nestly packaged and well protected. Good relation quality - price! Never had a problem with them and I have made 4 big orders in the last 6 months. One area for improvement would be to get notificstions of delivery dates in advance. Other than that, quite happy with them

Finally got a refund from PayPal who were quick to respond and refund my money. Big time scammers - beware!!!
UPDATE:
Within 15 minutes of receiving my PayPal refund - surprise! surprise! l finally get a response from Naturitas informing me that my order had been despatched. Haha right! I tracked the number only to discover that my package had, in fact, ONLY just been collected by a courier. So, in other words, it had never been despatched in the first place. Such shameful lies! Several days later, my order FINALLY arrived and guess what? It's not my order - Naturitas sent the wrong item, which is useless to me!!!!
🚩People, there are many unscrupulous businesses out there. Be aware of any orders and payments you place with "AMCORE BALANCE S.L." My experience with this company has been disgraceful. Shame on them!

I've been purchasing products on Naturitas for several months and always been happy
I've been purchasing products on Naturitas for few months, I've been very satisfied. It delivered on time. Customer service is good, there is also a reward programme that is useful. I will keep using this site. I do find also products of Forza Vitale that I used to buy in Italy this is also a big plus to me.
Carefull with them
Delivery price are extra high, and I got after 14 days my parcel. I think they are not in the UK.
To contact with them is easy, but useless.
Order from a reputable seller
Ordered under Naturitas.ie on 28th October today 12th November still not received my order and emails not replied to. Buy from a reputable seller is my advice. Have paid by PayPal so will have to use their service to get my money back. Update after contacting for refund they say they were out of stock and offered to send it shortly when in stock but when contacted by PayPal got my refund immediately.

If the website is .IE then I expect them to be based in Ireland, not Spain, this is misleading. I haven't received the product yet, if it was in Ireland it would have been here by now
