Zero star, honestly, really rubbish. They make things complicated. To withdaw funds from ISA Investment accunt was a nightmare. I requested the funds to be transferred by bank transfer, but they ignor... See more

Feels like it was designed in the 80s and has never been updated . For a company that made over 5 billion profit in 2025 I doubt very much they invested any more than a tenner on this. Simply doesn't... See more

Lucky Nigel, his account was closed…

I was asked to get driving licence and passport verified at either the post office or a branch of NatWest to get Child Trust fund repaid. The Post Office said no and the assistant at NatWest said, we don't do that in a branch, ring this number for help. I rang the phone number while in the branch and got the message "this phone number is no longer in use". Nigel Farrage was dead lucky they closed hi account!!

Should be illegal

Appalling. A dreadful experience trying to get your money out. Constantly requesting more evidence which they then “don’t like”... for whatever reason they pull out a hat.

Child trust funds

Avoid NatWest Funds.. over 3 months of my son trying to get his funds. The value keeps dropping and always another process to do which can take between 15-18 working days each time. NatWest should be clear when you first apply but they are not: it’s a tactic to keep hold of your money for as long as possible.

Lucy

I have been speaking to a customer services advisor called Lucy. She has been helping my daughter to withdraw her matured CTF. We spoke to her yesterday and today and on both occasions I stayed on the line to leave a review, but for some reason, before I could, the line went dead. This is why I'm writing here. Lucy has been absolutely brilliant. She has kept on the line to guide us through the process, she is patient, polite, kind and extremely effective. She has guided us so that my daughter can start the process of withdrawing her money. I cannot thank her or praise her enough. She is absolutely lovely and brilliant at her job. My daughter's name is Molly Scotchbrook so that Lucy knows it her her we are reviewing. Thank you so much Lucy.

Awful experience

Last century website with extremely limited capabilities for what is a very basic investment (and can't even make transfers to invest, have to pay via debit card...).
And this is when you are lucky enough to be able to access it, as either the access gets blocked, or the passwords they send you don't work.
Appalling.

Website times out when attempting to sign in

Since I registered on this new portal which was changed over only 1 or 2 years from the previous change, I can't sign in anymore, tried it several times and with different browsers/os. The website times out. Before that, my firewall raised alarm that the site is a hoax. Maybe it is... Once I gain access I will transfer all out, utterly rubbish service since they took over the child trust fund.
