Helpful knowledgable assistant
Lousy weather where retail therapy was called for.
Went looking for gilet and fly mask and as afterthought asked about riding hats as previously been unable to find something that fitted.
Nic was great showing me a gilet in the sale to add to the one I'd already found. Guided me to fly masks - good selection and I finally mentioned the hat and we gave that a try and managed to find a good fit in the style I was after. Nic was patient and thorough great atmosphere on a horrid rainy day.

Great shop
I came in the other day and was very kindly greeted and helped with my a member of staff, her name was cailtin she was polite and gave really good advice . She was really helpful. The amount of choice is brill too .

I needed a hat fitting and the sales service was excellent Nic was very patient and got many hats from stockroom then helped ensure I got the exact one I needed. Friendly cheerful and effective service!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff
I’m recently new to horse riding and with how much I’ve been enjoying it, I decided I’d take a trip to the Rochdale store to get my own gear. For starters as I walked into the store I was welcomed with a warm hello. The store layout was fantastic and also clean!
I had a wander over to look at boots and then a very nice young lady named Sian came to help and after trying a few pairs on I got sorted with some lovely nice long moretta boots. I then had a wander over to the safety department, where she then measured me up and fitted a new hat.
She was helping me for over an hour and there was no rush or pressure, just fantastic customer service.
Thank you so much, very happy customer, I will be returning!
