Found this store by chance going to DFS Edinburgh. Was welcomed by Morna at the door who was very helpful showing me round and even made me a hot chocolate which was a nice touch.

Will definitely be back .

A welcoming place, and Morna was very helpful in putting together a bed which suited my requirements and my taste, providing advice which assisted me in making a descision. There are enough options available to suit most tastes and the prices are reasonable.

Chad was a friendly and helpful member of staff.
Nothing was a hassle and he was not overbearing as a sales assistant.
Would highly recommend Chad for service anytime.

First time visiting NCF in Edinburgh today to have a look at sofa beds. We were welcomed by Morna who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on products and helped us a lot with information. Will definitely be back for other items.

Made a trip to look at sofas and get some information and was impressed with the store and the very helpful salesperson (Richard) who give me all the information I needed, he was very smartly dressed/presentable and like I said, very helpful! I didn’t buy on the day because I needed sizes etc but I’ll definitely be back in to make the purchase from Richard very soon, definitely a 5 star experience!
