Great customer service from TONY

A few days ago, we visited your store in Manchester and purchased a sofa. We would like to thank Tony for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service throughout the entire selection and purchasing process. He was very helpful, patient, and made our shopping experience enjoyable. We truly appreciate his assistance and highly recommend your store.

Not responsive

Your support number 0121 356 5698 can't be reached for two days that I called over ten times. The voice message suggested me to send an email to the customer service, I did but no response.
I would like to collect my sofa from the shop now. Could you let me know if there a lift available? The sofa is displayed on 1st Floor. I would like to know it can be taken it down by lift or if it need to be carried downstairs via the stairs. Your staff said it is better to collect it within a week so I am trying to arrange with the van and man. The invoice doesn't show other contact number, I can't confirm any lift in Manchester shop to the deliveryman right now. I suggest a shop direct contact number should be displayed on the invoice. Just a quick question, it is frustrated I need to wait for two days still awaiting.

Slow. Disappointing. Reluctant to compensate.

The salesman in the shop was very nice, very friendly. We then had to wait 12 weeks for delivery. The order of two leather sofas only arrived when I rang to query where it was. Upon delivery, the leather was damaged by packaging. Lots of phone calls and emails later, a technician came out to try to heat the leather to remove the damage: he couldn't. I was offered a full refund or a repair. I didn't want a refund, so weeks and many emails later, leather was ordered. More weeks later, it had still not arrived. I contacted NCF to be told I had to agree first to a repair. I was not confident that the sofas could be repaired to the same standard in my home as they had been before being packaged and damaged. I was offered 10% of the cost of two sofas as compensation. I am still awaiting a cheque for £125, which was negotiated after NCF offering a paltry £65. I would not shop in NCF Living again. Not a positive experience.

Bought a sofa from NCF today and was fantastic. love the style and Philip in the Manchester store was excellent in providing us with all the answers we needed to make a decisive purchase.

Quick and easy

Quick and easy. 2nd visit this week after being let down from DFS. Ordered x2 3 seater's. Staff member was very helpful with order and processing everything. Thankyou!
