I’ve waited 20 weeks so far for a leather wing back chair. I was told when I paid nearly a grand for it that the wait would be about 16 weeks fair enough. After waiting 17 weeks it finally arrived and guess what the wrong chair was in the box, the paper work stated brown leather chair but the actual chair was shiny fabric. So I didn’t accept it and back it went, I’ve contacted them again and they have no information on their system as to where my chair is or when it might be delivered.

Amazing Farah
