NCG Top 100s Tour Reviews 

My first event with NCG Top 100 Tour and it will not be my last. Communication prior to the event was excellent. Organisation on the day was spot on. Such a well chosen venue at Auchterarder GC. Course was in excellent condition. Greens fast and true. Good quality golf balls supplied as a gift. The Food served from the Club was great.

Whilst the professionalism of the administration to these events is at a high level, other elements are questionable. This is the third event I have participated in over the last five weeks all in appalling weather making the courses unplayable reflected in all the submitted scores. On each occasion the course set up, pin positions, were for professional golfers. These events are supposed to be enjoyable, and we are after all average club golfers. Despite a pcc max adjustment the event in the circumstances should not have been whs qualifying. Will not enter in the future. There are better Open events out there.

Lovely to see Clare today. Great to play Stoneham today after its impressive overhauls. Well done Stoneham on your continued drive. 👌🏻

From making original booking to communication pre event, then at the event and post event was absolutely spot on. On the day Claire gave a very warm welcome ensured we knew exactly what to do and gave us further information on our return to the clubhouse post round. The whole day was extremely well run and whilst this was my first event, I will definitely be looking to play more of these. Many thanks for a wonderful day.

My third year of playing events with NCG and have now played well over 20. I have always found Matt to be extremely prompt and helpful with any admin. Both Matt and Claire host the days efficiently and with a smile.
Entry fees represent good value as bacon roll, coffee and 1 course meal after. Will continue to play as many events as my legs and the wife allow!

These are great events, on wonderful courses across the UK. They are well organised and well run, and Matt is a great host.

Fantastic organisation and friendly staff. Cannot fault on any front. My first NCG experience and certainly not my last. Played in the SW Swing of Bude, Royal North Devon and both Saunton course. Highly recommended

I have just played 3 days at Bude&North Cornwall, Royal North Devon and Saunton East. All 3 course were in good condition and their hospitality was very good and friendly. It was very tough though due to strong winds. The correspondence by NCG before the rounds was good as usual. The NCG representative Claire was very good helpful and informative.
My only negative comment would be the choice of tee at Saunton. Playing off the white tees at Saunton was not very enjoyable due to the wind, when the winning score was only 31 points. I feel a bit more thought should have gone into it when you have quite a lot of higher handicap people playing

It was a blue-sky day on the wonderful Dunstanburgh Castle links and with first class organisation and engagement - great value for money and we will definitely play more NCG events in the future.

Matt was brilliant - I had an unexpected personal situation which meant I was going to be too late for the tee time (just!) - without missing a beat, he was able to juggle the tee times to give me that vital extra half hour - hugely appreciated and done with utter charm and kindness.

Obviously we were luck with the weather, but Dunstanburgh Castle was the perfect location for an away day trip (from East Lothian so just under 1.5 hours away).

The course was exceptional with a strong breeze and small, fast, sloping greens bringing a whole new perspective and respect to the short par 4. Scoring was far trickier than a cursory glance at the scorecard would suggest.

The route, the views, the individuality of the holes and the setting made for a brilliant day and the very best review I can give is that we all had a brilliant afternoon and walked off the 18th in the evening sun with broad smiles on our faces...having scored horrendously !

It didn't matter and did not take away from a great event.

The team at Dunstanburgh Castle were friendly and helpful which just added to the first class service from Matt as mentioned above.

Another great event at Seaton Carew yesterday. Very well organised as always and great vfm. A little over 4 hours for our 4 ball. Staff friendly and accommodating. Even the sun shone and the wind was minimal. Terrific day.

Superbly organised on 2 great courses in Fleetwood and Fairhaven. Really enjoyed thank you.

A fabulous day at Royal porthcawl. The organisersation and presention couldn't have been better and I would truly recommend an NCG fixture to anyone.

Communication beforehand, during and post the event was fantastic. Great value for money (we played St Anne's Old Links) and the staff at NCG are sound. Can't wait to play an event with them again.

Well organised event and good value for money. Appleby golf course was in good condition considering all the recent rainfall and greens in great nick as usual.

Two well organised events (thanks to Matt) with tasty meals both days. Enjoyment depends heavily on playing partners which is for a large part out of control to the organisation. Thus I enjoyed one event better than the other.

An absolutely amazing day at Trump International, the facilities were first class and and the day was organised extremely well, very welcoming host and amazing value for money

We played a 5 day event in Aberdeenshire. The organisation of the event was excellent. Matt who was our NCG representative was great. He was friendly, organised and full of information.
The courses were varied and in good condition and all courses made us welcome. The food provided after each game was good. I would recommend NCG events.

Great two days of golf at Duff House Royal & Fraserburgh GC. Tough windy conditions but well organised and well represented.

My first event absolutely flawless. Really well run. Not much i can really say everything was perfect and I can't complain about anything

Played at Portal and Fairhaven this week both excellently organised and run by MATT COLES communication was excellent as was the welcome and organisation. Definitely be returning to NGC100 events
