NCG Top 100s Tour Reviews 

Very enjoyable event at Caldy GC today. Organisation was very good. Clubhouse and food were excellent. Course layout was great. Greens in good condition and running true. Bunkers on the course had less sand in them than the practice bunkers! Enjoyed playing with my 3 partners, who I had not met before.

South wales tour was excellently run by Claire and Tony. Really lovely event. Lovely people.
Shame about the weather on a couple of days but that’s uncontrollable!
Many thanks to Claire for sorting out some dietary issue for my husband. Really appreciated.

My thoughts from playing in 7 events this year.Administration good.Golf clubhouses good. Most course in good condition (Thorpness was poor)
Pace of play extremely poor.
Winning scores unbelievable! Are handicaps verified, is that the right person to that CDH number? the mind boggles! Hard conditions on the South Wales swing but scores in the 40s coming in. Dilutes the competition. Evidence is in front of you but you accept repeat 'winners' are all above board.
No more events for me.

Great value deal over four courses in SW Wales.
Very well organised and the team at each of the courses did a great job in sharing all info needed and making you feel very welcome.
Will be back once time off work allows!

There is always a warm welcome from Claire and Tony. The courses were fantastic. A hearty meal, especially at Pyle & Kenfig to round off 18 holes of golf is superb. I've enjoyed every one of the NCG Tour experiences.

Had a great experience at the NCG Top 100s Tour competition today at Pyle and Kenfig. The course was in excellent condition, and the event was well-organised with a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend it to fellow golfers! It was also brilliant value for money and I’ll definitely be entering more!

Too many sandbaggers. Have now played Woodbridge, Thorpeness and Purdis Heath followed by Ashburnham. Machynys-and Pyle and Kenfig . Both events were won by bandits . To finish top 3 every day played is highly unlikely . Golf is supposed to be a game of integrity. The couple organising do a great job and the golf clubs are great with really friendly staff. If this issue is not solved I believe numbers will reduce.at the events. The weather conditions with 40 mph winds made scoring difficult

Just finished playing 3 of the south Wales courses, Tenby, Ashburnham and Pyle &Kenfig and have to congratulate NCG on the organisation and communication for the events.

Special mention about Claire who hosts the events, she is brilliant at what she does, so enthusiastic, cheerful and helpful.

Will look forward to the 2026 events.

Full of Bandits! Played Chart Hills and 1st and 2nd place both scored over 45 points. One had the swing of a 3 handicapper. Sadly this is a regular occurence at these NCG events and why i wont be going back.

Not my first event at Prestbury with the NCG top 100s tour, and once again it was a fantastic day. The organisation was excellent, the course in awesome condition and the food and service provided by the club always top notch. I can highly recommend these events which really are good value for money.

This was my first NCG event, and I am delighted to say the experience was first class, so certainly won’t be my last. Comms from the point of entry have been excellent, and the on course scoring helped get results out in a timely manner. Well done to all.

Played my first event today at Prestbury. Matt helped arrange a tee time that suited us and was there to welcome us warmly on the day with some complimentary golf balls. We really enjoyed our day out and have booked another date

Great day at Birkhamsted amazing organisation on the day, the NCG lady rep was so helpful, a real slick operatation.
We will certainly be booking further events in 2026.

Played in the 3 events in Cornwall, incredible value for money and fantastic organisation on the day by Claire.

Excellent value for money, superbly organised and just a really enjoyable few days down in Cornwall.

Good communications and clear instructions with reminders. A courteous welcome and clear explanation on site. Food before and after was good. Golf company was excellent, but pace of play was too slow.
