Outstanding effect on performances, both pre and intra workout: gels are really digestible and great in terms of both carbohydrates and electrolytes; still, training bars have a great flavor and the NRGY drink is great for long workouts.

I purchased the Nduranz Bicarb to compare it to Maurten, which is much more expensive. Several runners have tried it, and none have experienced any stomach discomfort, and many have PR'd. Shipping was fast, but it was a little pricey to the US, so I'd recommend consolidating orders to lower the per-product shipping cost. I 100% recommend this product as a lower-cost bicarb alternative.

Because have 45 Gr carbs in plic, ok for stomach, feel good. Don't have enough salt, for me, I take salt pills supplementary.

I am only using these products for a week now and already I am experiencing a vast improvement. I have done over 220 marathons to date and I had been having trouble with energy. Just over a week ago someone recommended Nduranz products and I have to say they surpass everything else that I have tried. At the weekend I did the Clare Burren marathon and with the help from these products it was the most enjoyable in quite some time and I am coming up on 72 years.
