I had been smoking for 25 years and simply could not quit. Even after I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and after losing my mom and my uncle to smoking-related cancers—with my aunt now terminal as well—the grip of addiction was so strong I still couldn’t put the cigarettes down.
I eventually moved to a heated tobacco device, which was a good step, but it was still tobacco. Then I remembered NEAFS. I had actually tried their sticks a few years ago, hated the flavor and smell, and hid them in a cupboard. But with everything going down with my family's health, I decided to give them another try.
Because NEAFS offers sticks with and without nicotine, I was able to slowly wean myself off. I am now completely on the 0% nicotine sticks, and they have helped me immensely. I honestly never thought I’d see the day where I could make it without nicotine, but thanks to NEAFS, I am doing it.
To be completely honest, it’s not exactly the same as a traditional cigarette at first. But once you get over that initial hump, you adapt very quickly. In my opinion, it’s a much better alternative and probably less risky than vaping, too.
As for their customer service, I have no complaints. Yes, it sometimes takes a little while to get a reply, but they are a smaller company. We're so used to 24/7 instant replies from giant corporations that we forget smaller businesses operate differently. They are always helpful when they do respond.
Overall, if you want to quit smoking, try something less harmful, or just save some money, give these a try. They worked for me when nothing else did.

I have been using Neafs now for around 2/3 years and I have always raved about them, I have long believed it is a brilliant product and the only thing that has managed to keep me away from cigarettes.
In the last 3 months I have found the quality has slipped massively, receiving sticks that are either out of date or very close to the expiry date. Iny last order I received a carton of sticks that were well within the date however the writing on the pack was not in English and the taste makes them impossible to use, I have attempted to contact customer services but had no response, I find this incredibly disappointing after the brilliant experience I have had for so long. It has left me worried to order more as I don't know what I will receive.

I wrote a review 3 days ago and only gave 1 star even though on prior orders everything has been fab. I want to now upgrade my review to 5 stars 🌟 even higher if I could, Richard King had been in touch and sorted it. Thank you incredible fantastic service I can now carry on with my Neafs what I have been using for 2 years and the only thing to ever work after 40 years of smoking prior to these.

I have been a very loyal customer using Neafs with no problem up to now.
I have ordered sticks and paid on 22nd January and money has come out of my bank, not pending, in completed transactions. However, order on their website still in process. I was unable to open a ticket on their website, as it was before, after filling form there is No option to actually send this form. when I’ve tried to go through support link, it brings me to the page with my points. So annoying. I have emailed to support*neafs.com also send request Neafs on their website via contact form with No reply from them.
I am not happy as I didn’t get any refunds on my money paid for order , don’t have product which I have ordered and no comment from anyone at NEAFS. Very disappointed, unhappy customer. :-( the reply from company representative on my review here - just useless, as I already mentioned that I have sent email to support@ beads.com - no response!

I placed an order on January 17, 2026 on for a device and two packs of sticks. More than a week later, the order is still marked as “processing” with no shipping confirmation.
I contacted Neafs multiple times through their website contact form and also sent several emails and message on Facebook but I have not received any response at all.
At this point, there has been no delivery, no update, and no customer service communication. Very disappointing experience, especially for a paid order. I would not recommend ordering unless customer support and delivery reliability improve.

The same old story. One Teo after the other gives up. Just ordered 2 new Teos and one of them already stopped working after 2 days! I tried to register both. But as there is no serial number to be found it wasn’t possible. Please send a replacement asap.
