What can I say this company is really great they are amazing people and it’s delivery is the same day if you order in the morning and if they can’t deliver it’s next day and yes I have brought from this company several times now that are just great with every delivery

Quick delivery

Totally disappointed with this as I was originally so excited for my first order, as the online chat regarding it was perfect!
I received a very hot box, and I’ve taken in the hot weather into consideration, but I honestly thought it would’ve been refrigerated by Royal mail, who I will hold responsible for this issue. The base of the box was strangely very hot even the postman made a comment on its heat. When it was opened, the 2 small ice packs had melted, and it was warm inside.
However, I contacted on the online chat to highlight this but without going into too much details, I don’t think it was handled very well and customer service training is needed until I found out it was the actual owner of the company replying to me and his poor response skills have been highlighted by other reviewers.
The vegetables were perfect and the sausages roll and pasty were very warm but were edible after chilling and heating up thoroughly. The burgers, unfortunately due to the heat within the box, had started to go brown but were frozen immediately and I had the first one yesterday.
I got halfway through it and found a hair inside it! I felt with my earlier response, I wasn’t going to get much acknowledgment now, so let the dog have the remaining burgers.
An expensive try that I won’t be repeating.

Half the veg were gone off after royal mail delivered to the wrong depot so had to wait longer for delivery

I love Nearly Naked Veg because all produce is as it should be: different shapes & sizes; tasting like they used to when I was a child; last longer than Supermarket bought; are not all cocooned in plastic; & no air miles. Fabulous!

The order taking and the quality of the fruit are excellent. The delivery experience with Royal Mail Parcel Force is very poor. Recently they failed deliver and I needed to reorder. My last order placed on Friday 24th July was expected yesterday Tuesday 28th but the delivery failed to arrive it is now promised for today Wednesday 29th but no time has been notified . The oranges are amazing but unfortunately they should deliver Royal Mail on Friday but the last 3 weeks it has been Saturday therefore due to temperatures the oranges arrive hot the ice pack is dissolved and it self is hot I’m not sure if I will continue due to this poor delivery

Compared to some online retailers, their packaging leaves a lot to be desired! This was well packaged & an actual ice pack inside. Every thing was perfect, such beautiful tasty quiche. Will buy again
