When a delivery issue came up (due to the local post office), Mathias stepped in and resolved it quickly, even though it wasn't his responsibility. I bought a seat post mount for my Dogma F - was blown away with the quality and the fit - it looks as good as if it was an integral part of the original build and was made by Pina themselves. Was so impressed, I ordered another for my Colnago C64 !

Recieved my Garmin Varia 515 mount very quickly, it was for a Merida Reacto 2025, it fits like a dream, very secure, and clean looking. I would highly recommend Neat Components, great product.

Fast delivery, super product, recommend!

I purchased the bike support for my Garmin 515 radar weeks ago. Sadly, the package was lost & never arrived. I contacted Neat-Components who were more than understanding. They decided to replace the support ( and even waited for me to return from vacation - 2 weeks, before sending the package) ; It arrived last Friday. Installation is very easy & holds the radar perfectly.

I purchased the seat post mount for my Varia 515 to put on my Canyon Aeroad SLX. I fits perfectly to the shape of the post and the Varia locks into place like a charm. No more worries about losing it during a rough ride.
Also, the after sales went above and beyond when i lost a mounting screw, extremely customer focused! Would and have recommended to other riders in the club! Great job guys at NC

Having found Neat Components through Instagram, of course I was skeptical. Though after purchasing the Varia mount for an Enve Fray, receiving it, and having used it for quite a bit now. I'm happy to say the purchasing experience, customer service, and more importantly the product are great for this organization. Hopefully as they grow this remains intact.

One minor suggestion is either include OR link to some form of documentation for installation. The installation was not clear initially, but after a moment of fiddling with the product it was straight forward.

I ordered a seat post mount for my Cervelo Soloist. The mount is great and fits much better than the mount that comes with the Garmin Varia. Would definitely buy again.

Good quality parts but some QA issues. I ordered a seat post mount that did not sit flush with my madone gen 6. Tried to return but they said they could not since I am a US based customer when I emailed them. I then purchased a saddle mount that fits nicely and is of premium quality. No complaints on the saddle mount.

I purchased Garmin Varia mount for Canyon Aeroad last year. It was perfect until the mount broke unprovoked.
I reached out for replacement and was sent a new mount for free.
The new mount is working perfectly just like the one that broken.

I bought a Saddle Mount for Bontrager/Blendr saddles (Garmin Varia 515/516, Wahoo TRACKR, Cycplus L7 & Garmin Varia 315/316. Fit perfectly and is a very clean design. Would recommend.
