Love the packaging and the product
Love the packaging (the aluminum bottle, not the plastic one so much). Love the product. Was looking for an eco friendly product which is antibacterial as a lot of the eco cleaning products on the market which use refills are not.
Very pleased with using the bathroom and multi surface sprays. Effectively clean all areas and have a lovely scent.
Will definitely purchase again.

I love the fact its really easy to use…
I love the fact its really easy to use their website & select what I need with ease. Goods are delivered really quickly and packaged very well. Everything is recyclable as the formulas come in little bottles. I love the anti-bac surface sprays!! Smells lovely and I trust this product.

Problem solved. …
I had a difficult experience with Neat and their use of AI at Customer Services. This made it impossible to get any help re the inability to use a reward code.
A couple of days later I had an apologetic email from a real person! She apologised profusely and, even better, sent me FOC a lovely present of Neat Body wash and refills. I accept that in good faith, we all make mistakes , and BTW the Body wash is very beautiful. Thank you Neat.
