My experience of Neathouse Partners is that they are helpful, patient and quick to respond.

I like it when a company does what it promises to do. Neathouse Partners are really easy to deal with and deliver what is asked of them. I like companies that get rid of all the complications and fuzz and make things as easy as possible and I also like it when their consultants say "Yes we can" rather than "It may be possible" but you will have to do this first. I also like having a dedicated Lawyer/Advisor so you get to know them and they become more of a colleague than a third party. I dislike dealing with a team and having to repeat, repeat to new advisors. We got lucky choosing Neathouse but we did have to kiss a number of frogs to get there.

I took a lot of convincing from my colleague to sign up with Neathouse as we are a small company and I didn’t feel we would use the support. I was very wrong. Since signing up with Neathouse I have been blown away by their focus, support and professionalism. Our contact, Steven, is always available to support us, and goes above and beyond our expectations. Certainly our best investment this year.

I've been with Neathouse Partners for 9 months as a client and have found their HR and Health & Safety services to be both efficient and comprehensive. Steven, my HR & Employment Law advisor, provided detailed Employment Contracts and Staff Handbooks specific to our needs. He took the time to explain complex clauses, aiding my understanding of staff management.

For Health & Safety, Mark has been highly accessible and responsive. He handled all necessary documentation, including policies, risk assessments, and our CHAS accreditation. Mark's friendly manner made the process easy and effective.
