We have found Neathouse (NH) excellent HR support partners for our business. We're a business with around 30 staff, so not at the stage where need to employ an FTE HR person and for us NH provide the necessary support we need. What attracted us to them was the fact that they employ HR lawyers with deep experience. This has proven invaluable as we've had our share of tricky HR issues to navigate but we have full confidence in both our principal lawyer assigned to us and others that have stepped in as required. The commercials are also very competitive and when you add this to the fact that they can review all your existing contracts and provide templates NH have a compelling proposition. Kudos to both James Rowland and Bobby Ahmed for delivering a market leading proposition! At some point I'm sure we'll need to consider an in-house HR person but we may still continue to work with them in some capacity.
