Only 4 star because of price increase but Daizy gets 5 stars she was amazing calling to confirm we received our ticket confirmation and got us an incredible rate

Daizy was amazing we are a group of 8 trying to fly from Calgary to Orlando and what most people don't know is that most sites don't allow more than 6 bookings at once. Which means you can't get the great deals that are posted! She went above and beyond to get us an awesome rate. We are all flying and sitting together! This is our first family vacation flying and she made the process easy and we are grateful.

Daizy made it possible. I was quite surprised when the phone wrang to tell me that the tickets I just paid for were not exactly what I would get. I must say that I was suspicious, being afraid of phone fraud. But Daizy gave me confidence; she was patient and talk to me slowly so I could understand the situation.

I was kind of apprehensive about booking with them, given the bait and switch nature of some of the other reviews, and, admittedly, they did call me to say the tickets I originally booked were no longer available, however the final price I ended up paying was still significantly less than I could find in other places so I’m still a satisfied customer. Daizy assisted me and was helpful and transparent.

Recently booked 3 tickets through this agency and had spoken to several agents, but Joe Goldberg was the only one that was proactive, efficient, clear and provided me the best option in terms of flights. His clarity and response time gave me confront and reassurance that I wasn’t being cheated. If any deals allow, I will book again through the company.
