What made my experience great was the guidance that I received while trying to book this flight. Ms.Daizy allowed me to get correct flight dates and times that was so helpful in trying to get my flight. I loved how patient and determined she was in terms of getting me situated.

Booked flights this morning for $695 for 2 tickets ($200 less than what Southwest was offering for the same flights...they called back telling me it was going to be $1500!!! and tried to tell me it was $1500 on Southwests site and that my flight was no longer available. It was and I booked direct for $894.
If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is!
They said they are going to cancel the reservation but I called my credit card company to make sure they don't allow anything to go through...now I have to watch my statement bc they have my card info.
