Very poor customer support if buying for managing chronic conditions
EDIT: I’ve removed any positives from this post as the reply below is continuing the ‘blame the customer’ stance. I believe the mistake was theirs when they transferred my order via Nectar website to Amazon logistics. And offering me 20% off buying another is an insult.
If you use vapourier devices for managing chronic conditions, look elsewhere. This ridiculousness had me on my knees last week……..…
After having a Gold for a few months I upgraded and purchased a Nectar Platinum - it never arrived. I have had no support from Customer Support to find where or when or who my device had apparently been delivered to. They expected me to contact Amazon logistics! Amazon logistics tell me to go back to seller! My address was slightly incorrect - I was told it must have been me?!? - so nothing they can do. I now wish I’d ordered from Amazon and have lost trust in Nectar. Disappointed I’ll have to go elsewhere 😔

Every tank i ordered leaked from the underside after a couple of days. I could see where the oil was slowly leaked through the seal and ended up losing alot of expensive oil. Ended up buying another vape

I had an issue with my battery on my nectar gol. I followed the easy to follow instructions on WhatsApp.
It was deemed my item was faulty and within 2 days I had a brand new oven come to my door.
I’m extremely impressed by the level of service I received and love the product!

Nectar Gold brilliant Vape
The little vape came in a neat little box with an instruction booklet. Husband gave up smoking on new years Eve and started using his vape; which was a Christmas pressie! He loves it and even better not smoked since he started using his vape. He looks much healthier. Compact and easy to carry around in your pocket. Just struggled a bit cleaning it. Not sure what the thick piece of silver is for or where it goes? not being negative it's probably me being stupid!! Fantastic product. Thank you

Great vape but the first one was getting over hot when not even in use. Reached out to customer service to see if anything could be done, not only did they respond quickly but replaced it free of charge. Wife hasn’t said anything concerning the heat anymore. Highly recommend

I enjoy the device but can be difficult to clean
So far I enjoy the device, nice compact design and is effective. Biggest issue is clearing of the parts. Some just don't seem that user friendly which causes you to damage the filters and removal of the tip (smoking part) is very difficult but achievable.
Filters are not cheap for what they are and damage very easily. Otherwise product is great
