Update: NeedInk did not appreciate my review, and I got a nasty email from them telling me so. To be fair, I did receive my order and they did notify me, but their email went to the SPAM folder. Regardless, the cartridges I ordered and received did not work so I reached back out to them to find out about returning them since they claim to have a "100% satisfaction guarantee". No response of ANY kind--not even another nasty one! Overall, my one-star review still stands.

Initial: Five days AFTER they took my money and I haven't even received notification that they are sending anything. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Do NOT trust them! 2 of 3 items received were defective. Asked to return for credit as had to go out and buy more expensive for printer. Was called and insinuated I was lying even though sent pictures proving issues. Asked them about their advertised guarantee. They stumbled and said I could send to them but if they couldn't prove issue there would be a "restocking" fee. VERY unprofessional. Even had to block the # as this place is SHAKY! So disappointed, hope others learn from my mistake. (no matter what they may try to respond with). Terrible!

Update: as mentioned "no matter their response" and FYI I never said the "plastic" melted... so nice twist. Correct, no further communication needed... moving on. And hopefully a few see this before Trustpilot removes it due to my lack of desire to communicate again with this company. 100% my mistake... learn from it. Be well, life is too short.

I bought two (2) RP-L-0100XL black ink cartridges from them for my Lexmark Pro 901 printer. I got one (1) page from the first cartridge and 22 from the second. I deep Cleaned both cartridges twice, but it didn't help. I can see the ink in the tank, but it doesn't come out of the sponge at the bottom. I do not care what their claims are, these cartridges DO NOT WORK. I gave them a single star, because I can't give them a zero.

Absolutely, don't order from this place. Look, they claim to have NO expedited shipping what so ever. This seems sooooo unbelievable that any kind of modern day company like this place would claim not to have ANY KIND of overnight, 2 day, or ANY kind of expedited shipping what so ever seems just so unbelievable. So, what that does this mean........you are gonna wait WEEKS for any order.....PERIOD! Oh, and lets not forget their web site! Total joke, you want to track your order.....GOOD LUCK! You are cycled back to their main web page again and again. They also tell you your gonna receive a tracking number.....NEVER HAPPENED. These guys give incompetence a bad name.

Purchased twin pack black HP 21 and one color for Deskjet 1420D. With font 12 and double spacing, the first cartridge yielded 112 pages, the second cartridge 118 pages...not good enough. Research shows that page yield should average 160-190 pages. I am a writer/author...need better quality.

Ordered Epson T802XL High-Yield Ink Cartridge Set (4pack), they did not fit my printer, even though they were the right order numbers cartridges for my printer. Tried to contact without success. Very difficult getting any return info on their website and nothing in the packaging. Won't order from them again.

All the cyan, magenta, and yellow cartridges I ordered were the wrong models in the right model boxes and my printer wouldn't accept them (because they were completely the wrong models). I contacted support via email, received an automatic response, and had to wait for a phone call for them to say they would send out the correct cartridges. After almost 3 weeks, I have received no response to my update inquiries and still have not received the correct cartridges.

I purchased 4 Pack of HP 62XL ink Cost $74.79 in August 2019.
The Ink cartridges don't seem to hold a lot of ink for XL size. I don't do a lot of printing. Not happy with Ink for that much money! Looking to find another ink supplier.

I cannot get clear copies using your ink. They are just readable. I have to clean my printer heads more often but still the results are not completely clear.

Great price, ordered a 5-piece set for my HP. The magenta cartridge stopped dispensing ink and Needink sent out a replacement cartridge with just a phone call!
