Where are my products?
Absolutely no communication from them about the status of my order. The order was placed 12 days ago; no delivery, no tracker, no follow up email, no reply to WhatsApp, instant chat, email or telephone! Shocking is the only way to describe it in this day and age of modern technology.
I still don’t know if I’m going to get my goods from this retailer but I do know I will not be repeating the order which is a shame because I got given a jar and was instantly sold on the product but with service like this or lack of, it’s hard to repeat this experience again

Extremely poor delivery service 23 days…
Extremely poor delivery service 23 days to get my order which I had to chase so don’t know if it would of arrived? I did get an initial apology but after several emails as I wanted a refund when I let them know it had arrived, no follow up apology or any future offer going forward, wouldn’t recommend the service but the product is good which is a shame cause I’m not prepared to go through the experience ever again

Love the chilli paste range
Love the chilli paste range! Everything arrived well packaged and with care. The pastes themselves are delicious: hot but with a lot of flavour (I sometimes just eat it on it’s own!).
Have bought the Neema pastes several times before - they never disappoint and I would recommend them for anyone who likes heat and good flavour.

I was blown away by the whole customer experience from buying the sauces through to consumption.

Authentic taste
