Have you checked your junk folder? If you cannot see an email from us with your shipping information in your inbox then it could have gone into your junk folder.
We've just resent the same shipping notification originally sent to you on the 23rd February. We've also checked your delivery status with your Royal Mail tracking number and unfortunately, with the pandemic, they do not provide any update on delivery status until items have been delivered. A high quality
