Customer Service Not There

They sent the light with a faulty power supply. Customer service is near non existent. Weeks later and still no new power supply.

Phone number they provide is to a voice-mail. No reply despite multiple calls.

The TP72A is well made and an excellent value

The TP72A is an excellent, well made tripod. I also own a Neewer mini-tripod (M521) which I use with my spotting scope. The quality of the mini is the reason I purchased the TP72A.

A good modifier

The size is great and the light soft. The light stand opening needs side zippers so the light head can pass through.

Excellent support

If you are ordering a large quantity of items, plan ahead. Delivery may take longer than indicated on the website. As for the products themselves, I have no complaints—everything is top-notch!

I purchased this stand after already…

I purchased a C stand thinking it was the same as an older model, but it was not. After I received it and they heard my story, Pam from Neewer happily offered me assistance to fix the problem.
