I'm completely addicted to this brand. After discovering it, I bought several items. The quality of the leather and the finish are luxurious and excellent. The service and shipping are top-notch. Honestly, in my opinion, there is currently no better brand in leather and luxury finishes, as well as service, delivery, and attention. I recommend it to everyone without hesitation.

It was a frustrating situation, but what truly stood out was how Negotia Leather handled it. They took over the entire communication with the delivery service, saving me the hassle, and treated the issue with genuine professionalism and care.
Eventually, they sent out a replacement without delay, and I really appreciate that level of customer service. The new bag arrived in perfect condition and the leather quality is just as beautiful as expected. I'm genuinely impressed with their service and their commitment to their customers. The product was exactly as I suspected. Delivery was swift, and I liked the attention given to a protective bag made out of ocean plastic.
After 4 years I'm still really happy with the Negotia Vintage Abbey laptop sleeve. Still looks perfect and I use it everyday. Also, customer service helped me perfectly when the leather zipper slider worn out after al this time and sent me new ones. Definitely a company I would recommend.
I ordered a laptop bag and it arrived with a defect, it had 2 press points probably from something heavy sitting on it during transport, as the packaging was too thin (just a plastic bag). I asked for a replacement but the company refused to pay for the return of the product, they offered to give me 15% of the price back, but there was no point to keep a item that has a defect. So I sent it back and lost 20 euros for the return, that is 25% of the price of the laptop bag, ridiculous.

We regret this difference of view in this situation.
As we informed you via email, the small pressure point that was in the laptop sleeve due to transportation is not a product defect.
As mentioned, leather is a natural product, due to the thick quality of the leather you will get signs of use as you use it. These come and go, there is no question of a defect.
We have reviewed your photos and the returned product in detail and stand by our opinion. According to our terms and conditions, you are then not eligible for a free return.
We advise you not to order a leather product next time but choose an unnatural material that do not have the characteristics of leather.
