Nemo planned out honeymoon and 10/10 I'd do it all again through them.

The app was fantastic and held all essential details in one space (travel docs, transfer timings, recommendations etc etc)

The nemo team were great and our planner, Beatriz, was really amazing. She even helped us by calling ahead to some places to organise local help when I was driving as I was.worried I would miss a connection.

Nemo planned the perfect honeymoon for us. Five star service. Would book another trip with them in a heartbeat. If you’re considering Colombia, GO!

Amazing team (especially Venetia). We had an incredible time exploring Argentina and Uruguay. Highly recommend, we will use again I am sure.

James really understood our brief and the trip exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed in some of the most special, boutique hotels that were all in incredible locations and had amazing service (without being stuffy!). All of the activities James suggested suited us down to a tee, from cycling tours around the temples, hikes in the mountains, beach time and elephant safari's. We really feel like James and the team tailored the trip to exactly what we asked for, and can't thank them enough for making our honeymoon as memorable and special as it was.

From start to finish, the team at Nemo ticked every box. They were efficient, organised, quick to respond - before we knew it, our dream honeymoon was booked (& even below budget!). As we hadn't used a company to help us plan and book a holiday before, we didn't really know what to expect and what we needed to look out for. From the moment we landed in SA, everything was handled for us - car hire, internal flights, hotels, breakfasts, most activities - we didn't need to worry about a thing (just turning up on time). Everything was planned to perfection and the service we received throughout was faultless. It took all the stress off us and we were able to just relax. It was a total luxury. We can't wait to plan our next get away with Nemo.

Absolutely amazing. Took the stress out of booking our honeymoon and had some great ideas and recommendations for what we could do. As we wanted our honeymoon straight after our wedding they were able to sort all logistics for us when we didn’t have the time. The hotels they recommended were beautiful and transfers between each were seamless. Made it a honeymoon we will never forget!

Beatriz really understood what we wanted as a couple. Was always very helpful and helped us choose the best locations / hotels for our requirements. Island hopping can be stressful, but having transfers and ferries booked for you takes that pressure away. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Andy and the team created a seamless perfect honeymoon in Sri Lanka for us. Everything ran so smoothly and catered for all of our requirements and needs. I could not recommend Nemo enough, particularly if you are planning more of an adventure holiday with moving parts.

Nemo helped us book our first holiday with our baby, they were great to deal with and came up with several options for us. I would really recommend them and will be using them again.

We recently returned from our dreamy honeymoon island hopping in the Seychelles and nemo were absolutely fantastic. We are so glad we booked our honeymoon with nemo. Sofia our travel expert was brilliant, very friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure our personalised itinerary was perfect. We started in a 3* hotel, followed by a 4* and then finished with a 5*. All transfers and ferries ran smoothly. Each hotel was fantastic and gave us honeymoon treats. Sofia also made sure that we had a nice place to relax on our last day (our flight was late and we had to take an early ferry to the main island). We were really impressed. The nemo website is beautifully presented and the travel app was really handy to have during our trip. Keira was super helpful with answering our messages during our trip. We will definitely be planning our next big holiday with nemo!

Recently we completed our second fabulous family trip through Nemo - this time to Portugal. Once again we could. It have been happier. Our travel expert, Beatriz, spent time listening to our preferences and then turned around itineraries and options for us. The hotels selected were amazing, the activities exceed our expectations and the service throughout the whole experience are top notch. We can't wait to work with this team in our next adventure.

We've now done three trips with Nemo travel and they've all been excellent. Always amazing accommodations and they are as helpful or as hands-off as we want them to be. We use Nemo because they provide us with experiences and 5 star accommodations we would never find on our own. I highly recommend using them for your next adventure.

Nemo exceeded everything we could have hoped for from our Honeymoon adventure to Cape Town and Timbavati Safari! They put so much time and effort into giving us such treasured memories for us to keep forever. Laura our travel expert made everything just perfect for us and is brilliant at what she does, she was on hand at all times for our questions and made amazing recommendations to make our trip that extra bit special! When at our first stop in Cape Town we received a lovely gift and card from Laura and her team which was such a sweet gesture and something we have never experienced with any other travel agent! This trip has truly been one of the most surreal experiences of our lives and it’s all thanks to Nemo. The whole trip ran so smoothly, right from our flights, transfers, check ins and all the trips we booked additionally! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. We can’t wait to book our next big adventure with them.

We recently booked our honeymoon via Nemo after seeing adverts for them on Instagram. Very quickly after our enquiry we were contacted by the Nemo team to discuss what we were looking for. This included emails and a phone call. The staff were really friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgable. They were able to find a hotel for us that fit within our budget for the country we were looking at and it was absolutely incredible.
We chose to visit Hotel Canne Bianche in Puglia, Italy for one week in April 2024.
Nemo booked the hotel and arranged transport to and from the airport in Italy, and they were also available to book any activities that we wanted prior to going, though we chose to do this ourselves on arrival.
Prior to the trip, Nemo kept in contact and provided us with access to a dedicated app that had all the relevant information about our trip. The app also provides direct contact with the concierge team if needed prior to the trip and during the trip.
The driver between the airport and hotel was great and it felt like a little bit of luxury being chauffeured in a Mercedes. He was very professional and arrived in good time.
The hotel was a luxurious 5 star location with everything you could ask for including amazing staff, a fantastic restaurant, it’s a beautiful hotel with outdoor pool, spa facilities and treatments, and is located right next to the beach. It was a perfect location for our honeymoon.
Nemo clearly put a lot of effort into making your trip unforgettable and easygoing. They even arranged for a little treat for us on arrival at the hotel. We would definitely recommend them for your next special holiday.

The team at Nemo are brilliant. They were great in the planning stage and took time to understand our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Not used to traveling with an App storing all our traveling documents, weather, flight information, and local recommendations all on our phones. Started the trip wanting paper and ended with nothing but the App as my travel guide.

From start to finish the concierge team have been amazing in creating a bespoke holiday which met all of our needs. No matter the issue they were always more than happy to help.
The locations they have partnered with are second to none and we will be recommending this company to all our friends and family in the future.
