Excellent customer service
Despite having to wait for almost 4 weeks to wear the watch from the time I received it , I’m giving a 5 primarily because of the customer support from neolux. My watch bracelet was loose and I was unable to remove links. When I reached out to Gabriela, she was super helpful in sending me the right tools to remove links. When that didn’t work either , she sent me a new bracelet that fit perfectly. The quality of the watch looks top notch. Will definitely buy again.

Great watch workmanship
Great watch workmanship, looks amazing on me, loving it. Just took a bit longer than expected for international shipment, but worth the wait. May be changing to a better carrier would be a good idea. I definitely recommend it.

NEOLUX watches are worth it
well I tried out neolux just out of curiosity and was very pleased with the first 2 watches I bought. Having bought seikos from another seller i am pleased as punch for the purchases i have made with NEOLUX.
shipping was fast the watches are perfect. the NH35 movement has been around for a long time. a real workhorse, and very accurate. All in all it was a very pleasant experience, and the price is right. I would recomend them to anyone.

Awesome watch and customer service!
There was an issue with the shipping so I had to have another watch shipped to me. Gabriela was awesome from the first time I contacted customer support. The watch is beautiful and I love it. I could not be happier with my decision to buy from this company. I am already looking to buy another!

I am super impressed by Neolux and their customer service. I ordered a Batgirl. But Neolux sent me a Batman. I think it was my fault for selecting the wrong bracelet. But no matter - after I raised the issue they immediately contacted me and sent me the bracelet that I wanted. Very impressive. I would order from Neolux again!
