Neon32 has been an absolute delight to work with! They crafted a stunning LED Neon sign from our business logo, and I was blown away by their speed and efficiency. The design mockup arrived in under 12 hours, and the sign was in our office within just 7 days of ordering. It has truly transformed our workspace and reflects our brand beautifully. Daughters amazing neon sign

We’ve just used Neon 32 to make a custom design sign for my daughters bedroom, we had email / facebook correspondence with Matthias and he was fantastic to deal with, he answered all our queries and assisted in the design concept of our daughters sign, the sign arrived very quickly after the design was finalised and it was well packaged and arrived with wall fixings, power supply and remote, our daughter is so happy with the sign and has received numerous compliments from our friends and family, we’ll definitely be using Neon 32 for any future neon sign purchases and we’d highly recommend them, thanks Matthias and Neon 32.

placed an order in October and was told 2-3 week delivery which I had no problem with, after 2 weeks I’m emailed as I hadn’t had any update on whether it had been made or dispatched and received a pathetic email from a James claiming there had been issues so they were behind orders but assured me I’d get my order. 3 more weeks passed! I phoned , emailed countless times , messaged on social media and their WhatsApp number and no reply . I still don’t have my order ( January ) but luckily got my money back through Klarna after pausing my last instalment! Klarna were actually really good, you have to wait a while as the company have to have time to respond to you ( not that they had anyway) and then Klarna took it into their own hands and tried to resolve it which they didn’t so issued my refund ! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, I’m shocked they still have all their websites active etc.

Simply awful

Simply awful. All buyers to be cautious. One big scam. You place the order get all emails and bolox etc. And then you don't hear from them ever, forever, never again.. You get emails that your order is being produced, delivered but never turns up! Than this gizza James send you some nonsense apology email blaming the whole world and the god for the rain. What a crap business.

Still waiting for my sign (ordered 9th…

Still waiting for my sign (ordered 9th September) which had a 2 week turnaround time advertised. After the two weeks passed, I was told there was a delay and it would probably be with me the following week but that they would keep me updated. 2 months later, numerous emails have been sent asking for an update, and now a refund. Not one has been returned and still no sign of my sign! I was patient at first but now I shall be seeking a refund through the bank. Disgusting service. Absolute scam, avoid.

Same as everyone else still waiting for my sign since ordering back in September been robbed off by James numerous times says he’s issuing a refund I’m still waiting! laybuy are absolutely useless I’m resulting to contacting the bank it’s fraud! After reading all these reviews they can’t just be robbing people of multiple pounds!!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Ordered a Neon sign on 23rd August 2022 at £280 and have still NOT received my order. Contact is sporadic and customer service poor. I was advised in Sept that they were having some manufacturing issues and that I would receive my order by the end of October however this came and went and still hadn’t received it. I contacted them again (for the third time without reply) on 2nd Nov and was advised that it would be dispatched by the end of the week via 24 hour delivery. It never arrived and I have had no contact from them since. I sent an email yesterday requesting a full refund or I will open a claim with my credit card company. Still no reply. Such a shame for a company that claims to have invested in excellent customer service. I see no evidence of that. What a shame.

Avoid avoid

I wish i had read these reviews. I placed my order on 29th sept and no updates, phone rings out. I am absolutely heart broken as this was a very special order. How could a company do this - my order was £387!!!

UPDATE: after trying to contact James via what’s app, phone (line doesn’t connect now), email- I then called my credit card company and they have issued a refund immediately. James did message me that same night saying he hadn’t received my mails (yeh right!), that they had been having business difficulties (really not my issue but it was the first I had heard about it) and that the sign would be with me by the end of the week. I told him not to bother as I didn’t believe that for one second! I have now ordered a new sign with a different company which was £100 less and have already received it! I felt really duped by all of this but have two learnings a) check trust pilot before ordering goods and b) use a credit card as you generally are more protected.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered a custom sign 25th Sep still not received, after emailing the seller numerous times via email and WhatsApp I had no response for a number of weeks to then get told it will be dispatched that week, a week later still not dispatched, again attempted to contact the seller who’s very flaky with there response

In the process of getting my money back through PayPal

The seller obviously doesn’t have the capability to complete orders, would recommend you use another neon sign company and avoid Neon32

Ovoid and don't use Klarna!

I order a sign for my wedding on 16th August, rec'd and email in Sept to say there was a delay. I've paid via klarna...paid two payments just before the last one went out I paused it as still not rec'd order and not heard anything. I've tried all avenues and no response. Currently trying to get my money back from klarna which is proving difficult as they say they have to get it back of the shop first!!! Also avoid Klarna!!! Nightmare 🙈 over £150 out of pocket

Avoid at all costs. I am currently trying to get my money back. I ordered on August 26th, then received an email to say there was a delay. I managed to get hold of them via Instagram on 6th October. Heard nothing since and tried every avenue of correspondence. The item is needed by next week.

12/11/22Item hasn't arrived by date it is needed. Bank are retrieving funds. Still no correspondence from the company

Ordered a rather expensive neon on 19th…

Ordered a rather expensive neon on 19th August. Still not received. Have given James the benefit of the doubt as he did send an email saying he was struggling and he would email again with an update on 26th October! Despite me sending messages via email, what’s app, insta & twitter I still have not received a reply. I will update if and when I receive an email or even better my order. But I would advise anyone wanting to place an order to hold fire until Neon 32 can provide the service they are selling.
