How can I track my order?
I initially wrote a bad review out of frustration but have since deleted it. I ordered on the 28th December & my order still hasn’t arrived yet. However, after speaking with customer services, James managed to find out my order got lost in the post & kindly gave me a 50% refund and has sent a new product out to me which I really appreciate. Can’t comment further until order arrives. The only thing I think could improve is the tracking as it doesn’t tell me where it is.

We are trying to improve our tracking service as the back end we use doesn't allow us to track with different companies other than DHL. Again though, thank you for your patients and customs
