The product itself is good, but dispatch time for products in stock is slow,and if you are customising it (single plugs and fixings) lot of room for improvement.

Inspite of repeated messages at time of ordering and via customer service chat,never received the fixings/and the plugs were not integrated.

Would not really recommend this company unless these niggles are rectified.

An excellent service from start to finish! Super helpful with any extra requirements and changes. Really responsive over email a pleasure to work with. We love our sign and we will certainly be coming back for more in the future!

I recieved my custom neon sign and I am so in love!
I was in contact via email with Elouise and she was so helpful!
I told her what I had in mind and i got back a beautiful design.
Shipping was ridiculously fast too!

Order was cancelled after 2 days and 50% refund promised. No refund was made and the goods arrived two weeks later even though, by then, useless.
Do not buy from them as this behaviour was disgraceful.

I ordered a personalised neon light and paid the extra for a 7 day fast track turn around, I did have to contact them on day 7 as not heard anything but the light did turn up on day 10, was so pleased with the quality of the light I didn’t make an issue of the delivery being 3 days late. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a neon leaf (it wasn’t even real neon!) and it was too bright. I told them and they said they would send a dimmer switch.

No dimmer switch came and so I asked for a full refund. No response.

I contacted them and got a reply - coincidentally after the 2 week money back guarantee and to be told TWICE the dimmer switch was on its way!

We rang, we messaged, we emailed. Quick to take the payment but an absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid if I were you. 0/10.

Yes it would be nice to use the dimmer switches….. although they never arrived!

I’m still waiting and the bad feedback was left simply because I was ignored even after contacting you by phone twice and emails.

I find it a ridiculous service when I have to leave bad feedback and only then you respond.

Very poor customer service. The item I received was a third of the size of what was indicated on the website and there was no efforts made to rectify the issue. Really disappointing I will not be buying from this company again.

Frighteningly poor communication given the failings in their delivery time. Never felt like my concerns were dealt with in a manner that suggested they cared that much. Product when it finally arrived is actually good however.

Just amazing.. I got the order wrong and they amended at late stage.. no issues. Only thing I didn’t receive was the raw plugs and screws. Not a major issue and I’ve no doubt that they will send through when I tell them. The sign is amazing beautifully done. So happy with it.
