Sent 6 unanswered emails and 7 calls that led to nowhere over two days when chasing a neon that missed its deadline.

Product arrived two days late and incurred my business extra costs. Packaging damaged (not the product) with missing remote.

Terrible lack of communication and shows huge flaws in a disjointed organisation.

(Edit to your response. I have an email from your team that the product would be delivered on 27th September. That was not the case, therefore it arrived two days later than promised.
A customer chasing up the delivery of a product is not harassment. An organisation referring to a customer chasing up there order as harassment is showing lack of understanding of the customer service role that you have failed in. Communication is key and you cannot refute that you have done a terrible job in that department).

I’m not sure if we are talking about the same company. Took the money said it would be 3-4 weeks now been 12 weeks and still no sign. no one calls back they have an outsourced reception who are nice but no one get back to you. Maybe just a blip but the communication is really poor. Had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Just be careful especially if it’s a big sign as I just don’t feel they are equipped for bigger orders. So disappointed as this was a special sign for our 10th birthday. Just frustrated and disappointed with such potential and such a poor service. Just use a credit card or PayPal is my advise.

I brought my sign for my husband to be on the wedding day, the team have been fantastic throughout the whole order, the sign has arrived and is amazing.
The quality is fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for I’m sure he will love it and will post a picture after the wedding has happened.
