2 months and still nothing. (Edited)

Ordered 2 sets of lights from this site through an offer on SweatCoin.
I figured because it’s US based that it would take a good 2/3 weeks at least to arrive.
In the middle of January I sent an email to which was responded saying they’d arrive by the next week.
Another week passed and nothing, not even a tracking number.
Nearly two months later and after sending several emails, and having no response since the email stating it would arrive in the week, I can clearly see it was basically just a massive scam, or at least appears that way as when they emailed back the first time, it was within 24 hours. It’s been 2/3 days since I emailed them and no response whatsoever.

I’ve even asked for my money back as the order has obviously not even been sent (or it would have tracking?) and no response to that either.

EDIT: the lights finally showed up 2 weeks ago (march 2024)
The mask with lights id paid for is below par, extremely poor quality for its price, however the 5m light strip I was included for free was outstanding, so I have changed my star amount based on that.
