I love my sign and Anna was very responsive and helpful answering any questions I had in advance of placing the order.

NeonPilgrim is topnotch in the area of customer service. I ordered a neon wedding sign to be used for my daughter's bridal shower and wedding. The first sign was lost in delivery. We put in UPS claims on both ends - shipper and receive and never heard anything. NeonPilgrim contacted me and told me they were making another sign to make sure we had it for the shower. The sign is beautiful and will be enjoyed for years to come.

Customer service was amazing! They contacted me about my typo and made updates to my order! I received the sign a lot sooner than expected! 10/10 recommend!

The only “issue” I had was I was given the wrong tracking number so I thought my sign was sent to a different state but after communicating with you guys it was resolved & my sign came in perfectly, definitely ordering again.

We love the neon light we bought for our son’s 50th birthday and it arrived in a timely manner. It was a last minute purchase and I let them know we needed it by end of month and we got it , very satisfied !!!

This neon sign is absolutely amazing and far surpassed my expectations. It was easy to hang on the wall and the clear cord is much less noticeable than a black one would be. Very happy! 10/10 would recommend!

I haven’t had my sign long enough to review the durability of it but the quality everywhere else is great! I highly recommend getting the dimmer switch as it can be quite bright on the highest setting.
