The neon sign I ordered came out…
The neon sign I ordered came out beautifully! I have tested it, but I haven't used it for a longer period of time yet. So far from what I see, quality was good. It came with a remote. I was worried about the purple neon color I picked wouldn't come out good, but it looks so good in person! The sign took about a month from when I ordered it to when it got delivered to me.

Neon Pilgrim ASSURED me my neon sign would arrive on time for my wedding. Unfortunately, it did not which was the whole reason we purchased the sign in the first place. Do not trust this company!

Firstly, let me note that the order was placed almost 3 days after we confirmed that the order could be delivered in time. We should have confirmed this when you placed an order, so we apologize for not doing that.
The next thing is that we shipped the item 2 days after you placed an order. The package was in the forwarder's sorting center for about a week and we had no power to speed up the process.

More than disappointed
I was more than disappointed when I received my sign. They offered a picture of what your sign will look like regarding size on a variety of different backgrounds. However, when I received the sign, it was significantly smaller. My friend ordered the same size sign and spent the same amount and got the big sign she wanted for her wedding. When I reached out about my issue...no apology no help. Will not be ordering here or recommending them to others.

Firstly, I would like to note that we replied to your email almost immediately with an explanation and instructions on how to make your sign look the same as in the picture.
Secondly, we created your sign exactly the same size as you ordered (50" wide). I'm afraid that the friend you are talking about, who ordered Til' Death neon sign - ordered it not from us because we didn't make "Til' Death" sign with that big size (it is about 80" wide).
The third thing is that we have multiple sizing guides in each product description, where you can easily find any information about which size should you get. The image you get while designing your sign is not a real design of how it would look like, but just an estimated one (even though if you place your sign against a chair, like on the design you made - your sign will look the same).
We would really like to create a neon sign that you'll love, so if you'd like to get a bigger sign - please email us and we will make a new one for you (in a bigger size) with a 40% discount.
