Absolutely appalled by their customer service...they do not respond..they promise things and fail at it..our sign does not work..it doesn't light up properly and they promised a new sign.. 5 weeks later I ask where the sign is..and they say it hasn't been made and they want to fix it instead.. it's an absolute.disgrace.. I really do need them to sort this or we will b getting our money back one way or the other..

Continued..this is still ongoing. I am so appalled by this company if anyone has any idea how I can get my money back or get anything moving on this please let me know!

Continued...we finally get confirmation of a UPS pick up to get the sign and fix it. but we've now received the package back to us. as the address was "gone away". they had put the incorrect address on the UPS delivery - or they've finished and aren't getting in touch. i need to get my money back and have no idea where to start on this absolutely appalling company. Please if anyone can help let me know!

Update. I returned the item they provided (late) and half the paid for size and had it confirmed by their provider, UPS, it arrived with them on Friday. I emailed them on Friday to confirm it had arrived and to process my refund. 5 days later they are now looking for the order I returned. STILL NO REFUND. Started a dispute with HSBC to reclaim my money and also going via Gov.uk online.

Update. Neons are now trying to get my review removed ! Beware ! Poor service then they look to remove truthful reviews of their service.

Shocking ! Waited 5 weeks to get my order and when I did it was half the size I paid for. Service is appalling. Another 2 weeks still waiting for a refund. Will go via my bank to get my money back or small claims court if it doesn’t come soon. Steer well clear.

Should have read the reviews before I ordered. Service really poor and as per other reviews they just stated previous clients being BBC etc which does me absolutely no good when they send me the wrong thing, don’t communicate and don’t apologise for messing up an already delayed order.

Initially nervous but blown away! Placed my order for 3 signs and then saw some of the review which almost made me a nervous wreck! I had ZERO reasons to worry - arrived on time, extremely well packaged and soooo bright. One extremely happy bunny xxx

Incredibly poor service! Steer clear!! Ordered my sign in February on a 20 day lead time, after weeks and weeks of chasing I eventually received the sign in June, some 4 months later. They offered a compensatory refund of 30%, We are now mid September and despite lots of emails promising it will be dealt with I’m still waiting.
They claim they are made in the UK, I suspect they are sourcing from China, hence the ridiculous lead time!
Steer clear!!!

Came across neons.co.uk via insta last year after stalking them and wishing I could beg one. 25% off discount tempted me and I gave in and purchased 2.

Super easy to deal with and promptly on time. Pride of place for both lights in our home and transformed boring walls into an arty vibey energy rich space.

Better pricing than other neon companies I got quotes from and even my sister has purchased too 😇

All I can say is you won’t regret buying a neon light from them!

Just be careful they are addictive and everyone will take pictures!

Ordered a sign in May, still trying to get money back in September!!

I expected 3 week delivery at order, but when I chased for an update after 4 weeks, was told it would be another 6 weeks but as ‘goodwill’ they would offer me a free sign as well from their stock list. Imagine my surprise when I check the stock list and find that my sign was on there but has been given to another customer as their free gift!!!

I have escalated through PayPal to get money back, twice they have agreed to refund and twice have cancelled it before issuing the money, this company is honestly so dodgy, do not trade with them unless you are prepared to lose your money.

*edit: I have since ordered and received the same sign from neonsignco in less than 2 weeks, it has really given my home the WOW factor*

Light for my tanning salon, was nervous as it was a lot of money but really glad I purchased it, makes everyone smile as they walk past. Ta! @neons.co.uk

Never have I experienced something like this. Ordered a sign in beginning of the year, but delivery kept being postponed and pushed back. I can't even count how many times I tried to contact them. Always got a reply with excuses, that it is not their fault. At some point they even offered to send me my order and also give me a total refund for all the trouble. Still didn't receive my order or any money back. When I ask about it I'm getting new excuses that it is out of their control. Saying they will forward my complaints to their 'management'. Don't be fooled. They don't have a 'management' department; they are a bunch of teens trying to make money from reselling cheap neons from China at best. More likely it is a Scam. DO NOT SPEND (LOOSE) MONEY WITH THEM. I have notified the police and they will be looking into it, but I live in the Netherlands so probably not much they can do for me. If only I could drive up to their office, but they don't have e real adres. The number of 5 star fake reviews they have also tell me there is something fishy going on. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

Update October 14th: Still no money back and no neon. Also unreachable. These are fake reviews people. Don't let them steal your money people. Be warned.

Only giving one star but if I could I'd give zero!!

Ordered sign May 8th. Neon kept pushing delivery back again and again. We are waiting for a refund now since middle of July but that keeps getting pushed back too. They are a lousy company. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY. You will end up £550 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Luckily I paid through PayPal so have made a case through them. You have up to 180 days to make a case. Email the company and keep all contact with them saved as evidence. Your credit/debit card provider may also be able to help you if you are in the same position as us. If they can't help you contact citizens advice!!

Great product. Though delivered later than expected, the company did inform me of the delays they were experiencing. The product is exactly what what I wanted and great quality so was worth the wait. Highly recommend.

Absolutely in love with my neon sign! Fantastic service and very helpful in designing it, as i had no clue in what i wanted. They helped me come up with the perfect sign that suits and stands out in my salon. A centre piece for my reception! Would definitely recommend 👌

We've had a sign from @neon a month ago or so and the sign was better than expected.
The first one came damaged due to delivery, but they sent us a replacement out within the week, I couldn't fault the response and communication throughout the design, to it landing on my door step. Once our daughters room is ready we'll be ordering a second @neon sign.

I was recommended to use Neon by a friend and I'm so glad I chose them. Not only is my sign amazing & perfect, the price was competitive and the service was excellent. My order arrived exactly when they said it would. I'll be back for more

Not worthy of 1 star

This Instagram company has given me the run around for almost 3 months, no updates on delivery, non responsive to emails or phone calls.

Apparently they are short staffed and can’t advise on delivery, I’ve requested a refund but I’ve had no response

They have no customer service skills at all. They always seem to be online on Instagram however If you dare comment they delete and block customers.

I have now contacted trading standards who are investigating this scam company.

If you have paid by credit / debit card contact your bank within 120 days so they can issue a charge back and get your money back asap.

Be warned don’t fall victim to this company!
