Very poor service

I ordered a neon light back in May. I was assured my delivery would arrive in 3 weeks. After weeks of chasing my order with very little response from this company I requested a refund. That was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting.

This company are very responsive when you are looking to spend money with them however once you’ve committed and spent your hard earned cash they ignore you.

I am now filing fast track with the courts to obtain back the money I have lost.

Very poor performance terrible customer service.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I urge you not to buy from this company! I originally bought a sign in April and was told it would be with me within 28 days - we paid £500 for the sign which was no problem. After 28 days I chased it up and told they were having issues and it would be delayed - still fine. After that I was just given continuous excuses as to why I didn’t have my sign but only after I chased them to find out where it was. Most times you have to email at least three times and then get in touch with the sales department to even get a response. We were then offered a complimentary sign to apologise for how long it had taken which we really appreciated. Abi then asked us if we wouldn’t mind writing them a good review for that which we did! …. We then continued to wait for any sign to turn up with again more excuses as to why either sign wasn’t with us. Again after me chasing several times I got an email from a lady called Erika saying if our sign wasn’t dispatched in the first week of July then we could have a full refund and still our complimentary sign. I accepted this however because I had been given excuse after excuse I thought it would be best to call and clear up what they classed as the end of the first week in July. When I called they confirmed the same as what I thought, that the end of the first week of July was the Sunday 4th. My first sign that I paid for was eventually dispatched on the 6th July and arrived with us either the 7th/8th July. The sign has exposed wires and definitely isn’t of the quality that I would have expected for all of that money.
I left it a while until I chased up my refund and complimentary sign and again had to go down the tedious route of emailing several times and then getting in touch with the sales team. Since then Erika has gone back on her word and is refusing me a refund and said our complimentary would be a further six weeks from now. She said if I wanted a refund ‘I would have to send the first sign back as that was the complimentary one’ which has infuriated me even more because not only do they lie but they literally have no idea what sign they have even sent me which leaves me to believe they have no idea which complimentary sign then should be making for me.
I then emailed asking for someone to phone me that day as I was extremely annoyed and still three days later I have had no response.
They are now withholding my £500 and I have no complimentary sign.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever, ever experienced and the poor quality of the product just tops it off!

Amazing service!!

Found this company on Instagram and I am super impressed with them!! Ordered my first neon light on Monday afternoon via their website and received delivery on Wednesday! Beautifully presented and well packaged. Can't wait to order more. Thank you so much Neon!

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service ... My sign had a large unexpected delay but this was not ignored and the company took extra special care to ensure I was satisfied and updated. As for the quality I can no fault it.

If I need another sign I will only be using this same company.

A Truly Amazing Company

My boyfriend and I recently just moved in together as we have finally gotten our first teaching jobs and we really wanted our new home to have a neon sign! I found NEON on Instagram who had some great reviews, now I have realised that these reviews don’t do the company justice whatsoever! From the get go the NEON team were so helpful, I even said to my boyfriend I couldn’t believe how amazing the service was! We wanted our sign to be special and customised but didn’t have an idea as of yet. So the NEON team communicated ideas with us drawing up different sign ideas including font and colour which I was over the moon with how dedicated and quick their service/replies were. When we finally picked our final design they continued to communicate frequently about how our sign was getting on. Understandably we ordered our sign just as businesses were finally starting to open from the pandemic this year and get on the move, so we new there may be a delay in our sign getting to us. Again this was communicated so well and offers were made to compensate for our patience which we thought was amazing considering the circumstances as there must have been a large backlog due to places only starting to reopen. There was not much of a delay at all and when our sign came we were absolutely over the moon, it was exactly what we could’ve asked for and more. The NEON team also followed up asking how their service was and if everything was to our liking. I would 100% get another sign from NEON again and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family! Some of the best customer service I have ever received and for that I am truly grateful- thank you for adding to our forever home!!

Delayed but amazing.

I ordered from Neon back in March after being let down by a different Neon company, and it arrived today. I had to chase them a few times and was told there would be a delay. In their defence, they were always very responsive and couldn’t have apologised more. They’ve also offered me another sign for free as a way of apologising, which I ordered last week. The sign I ordered arrived today and it’s spectacular, better than we could have imagined! It came really well packaged and I’m very happy with the product, so to all the people giving 1* because they’ve been waiting so long, just be more patient. This isn’t the only Neon company having this issue and there’s far worse ones, believe me! Just be patient and you’ll be rewarded with a brilliant neon sign.

Absolutely incredible!

Where do I start!

From the outset my experience with Neon has been nothing shy of impeccable! My purchasing experience was amazing as was the equally amazing Channa!

If you want a sign and you want it quickly this company are inundated with orders (i now know why, because they’re faultless) therefore you may experience a delay……TRUST ME NOW it will be worth the wait!!!!!

My sign is absolutely incredible!!!! No joke! You will NOT find a light with such amazing attention to detail for the price you pay!!

Not a chance!

The packaging was insane, all fancy 🤣and when I eventually turned it on I cried my eyes out!

During the delayed period I was consistently updated by Erica who reassured me weekly not to worry and that my light will arrive! It did!

Do not avoid this company as some reviews have eluded too…. The customer service is amazing! If I asked a question via email it was answered within 2 days!

I am a great believer that if you treat someone how you want to be treated the outcome is much better; therefore my rapport with both reps was and still is amazing!

If you are on the fence, please don’t be! Go for it! The best money I have ever spent and they are totally and utterly professional!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
had nothing but issues for the last 6 months with them.
My sign broke after a month to which they said they would fix it they sent me a returns label I was happy with this! After asking if my sign got to them ok they told me it arrived fine and undamaged. They said it would be returned to me in 10 days so I patiently waited 3 weeks had passed and I heard nothing from them so I contacted them to ask for an update which they replied saying that my sign had arrived really damaged after saying It was fine...suspicious much.

after 10 weeks of them lying and promising id receive my sign i emailed them asking for a refund to which i had an email back saying it was in the LED que and would be another 14 days i then had and email straight after saying it was ready to be dispatched... my sign arrived the next day and looking at it i immediately noticed something was off the sign not only did not fit in the bolts on my wall anymore as they had put the bolts in different places but the font on one of the words was different than my original sign the glue marks on it are also terrible and some of the letters are peeling apart you can really tell they made it up quickly, i mean how can it go from in the LED queue and 14 days to receiving it the next day. At this point id really had enough so asked for my refund they ignored me for a week or so until i emailed again I've now been offered a refund if i pay for postage and they have said it must be insured as any damages will have to be claimed... whats the odds that it will arrive damaged so they dont have to pay me my refund and i have to claim. Ive asked them for a returns label as this is unfair why should I pay for postage I already have to pay for the damage to fix my wall but I'm now being ignored again.... do not bother with these people your sign might arrive lovely like mine was but wonder how long it will last untill it breaks 🙃

Horrendous customer service, no sign and no refund.

Don’t waste your time. I ordered a sign via Banter Cards on 28th April and still no delivery.

I complained, was offered a number of solutions and I selected a refund.
At this stage, all communication has slowed, I have had to chase up regularly to ask them to reply to me. When I finally got a response, the company ignored the refund and instead offered me another sign. I feel like the company could care less and do not prioritise customer service. Maybe because I placed the order through Banter Cards they don’t care as much.

Honestly so frustrating!! I have no neon sign and no refund. I will be contacting my bank to get my money back via chargeback.

Nice sign but over 2 months late

Nice sign but over 2 months late. Ordered a standard sign in early March on a 21-25 day delivery. Chased about 4 times until finally receiving my sign on 3rd June. Each time I got a promise of a delivery that was broken. Convinced I only got it when I did because I said I would cancel my order and demand a refund if it wasn’t shipped by 28 May.

Go elsewhere.

I ordered 2 neon signs

I ordered 2 neon signs, I was told that there would be a wait so I accepted that and put the order in.
The wait time exceeded what I was told by quite a few weeks. I complained to the company and they went above and beyond putting this right, and even followed up a week later with a call from the owner making sure I was happy.
Excellent service took a while but with current circumstances it was beyond control.

Quality service, from inception to completion

Sent over my idea, for our company logo, and had an almost instant response, with suggestions.
Once settled on the design, colourway and price, we placed the order.
Delivery was exactly to the day, with regular updates on how our order was progressing (nice touch).
To say we were happy with the logo, and service would be an understatement.
Would I use again?
I'd have absolutely no hesitation at all.
It's refreshing to see a company go all out for the customer.

Excellent comms and super efficient service

After speaking with several companies and up against a tight timeframe I went with @Neon. Channa handled my job and understood perfectly my requirements. Prompt artwork and communications were the key to getting this done in time for xmas (2020) and I have to thank Channa from the bottom of my heart for making it happen. Channa is a real credit to the company. The artwork arrived in time and was exactly what I wanted in terms of colour, size, speed and cost. Don't waste your time shopping around....@Neon (and Channa) really are the best!!!

I am so gutted that this company have received some bad reviews recently, they really don’t deserve it.

I ordered a large sign to go up in my beauty salon. It was quite delayed due to Covid/Brexit which, after having a nightmare with a competitor company, was initially disappointing... BUT I was informed every step of the way and even called by a director to have everything explained to me which was impressive. I was since phoned twice with updates and even offered a small discount as a way of apology for the delay. Erika was always there over on the social media accounts if I had any questions too! You cannot beat this company’s customer care!

When I received my sign it was everything I had dreamed it would be, I love it! It is perfect and was super easy to install - it looks AMAZING in my salon and was worth the wait 100%.

Unfortunately situations out of our control have delayed production of these beautiful signs but I promise you won’t be disappointed! Would definitely buy from Neons again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to buy too!
