Never gave me my money ?? Been waiting nearly a month beyond a joke avoid !!!

I had my biggest online win this week on one of their slot games, a significant amount. As soon as I won the money the site kicked me out and my account was disabled, so i could not withdraw. I have tried to contact them a number of times with no response as of yet. I will be raising with the Gambling Commission and law enforcement shortly if not resolved. I will update this review further pending resolution. In the meantime, I would advise not to use this site or any AG Communications Casino.

Updated review. They haven't reactivated my account but they have paid me the money in my account. No explanation given. All very odd.

I played on here for a few weeks and god knows but he must have been feeling sorry for me because I was able to take a good whack of cash from them, however it took 3 days after a week on top of awaiting verification. Helluva long time to wait for your cash and had me in panic that it wasn't legit. I did, eventually get my winnings but the reason for the 1 star is they sold my email on to EVERY single casino out there, I am bombarded on a daily basis (sometimes 4 or 5 texts) from different casinos offering me bonuses for this and that if I sign up. I told Neptune in no uncertain terms that this was absolutely deplorable behaviour and completely unprofessional to sell a customers personal information on so frivolously. I am beyond furious. I spend my days blocking and reporting all these nuisance texts and closed my account with these scumbags, there's no better word. I've had the same number for over 30 years and I refuse to change because of these b******s!!!! I told their CS to delete my personal details which they have still not done 6 weeks later. I'm seriously considering reporting them to the gambling commission for selling my info. It's sickening and relentless. PLEASE, PLEASE do NOT join they will do the same to you.

The worst casino I have ever played at. I sent my private verification documents a week ago and nothing. No one answers my questions about when the verification will be done and when the money I won will be paid out. In other casinos it is either immediately or within 1-2 days, here it has been going on for over a week and no one wants to tell me how long it will take. I am reporting the case to the ADR (IBAS), The Gambling Commission and Trading standards tomorrow. I will do everything to win with them, even if I have to spend a lot of my money and time on it. I will not allow myself to be cheated. Avoid this casino at all costs, it is a scam.

Of all the sites I've played on they're fair with their winnings. I understand sometimes you win sometimes you lose. But this site was something else. I've deposited £1600 in the casino on a £5 roll. Didn't get 1 bonus scatter. I'm shocked. Worst site I've ever been on and not a fair one at all. And no doubt they would've accepted another few thousand if I was that stupid to deposit it. Shambles of a site and a massive con. Wish I'd read these reviews earlier!

Worst site in the history of gaming, even the polish sites give you more than these thieves do

Scam casino - you can easly see that by amount bonuses. 150 pounds in few days and i get around 5 bonuses (which usually paid me between 3 and 5 pounds) only one paid 70 pounds. I play at many casinos and usually around £100 spent they give back what they took more or less. This casino just eats money. There is no fun in playing. Block and don't play anymore.

Update: NeptunePlay resolved the fraudulent use of my email by disabling the fraudsters account. Updated to 3 stars because i believe they should still have some form of email verification so that users cannot use accounts with email addresses they cannot access themselves.

Neptune play provides no recourse for people whos legitimate email addresses are used by scammers to set up fraudulent accounts on their site. Scammers will sign up with your email and defraud their site by stealing your identity.
You need to set up email verification to prevent this abuse. Its 2025.

Absolutely huge range of games, they dont all work brilliantly I got kicked off quite a few but managed to get back on. I deposited 2 lots of £20 and the wins were insane. Hit bonuses on most games, ended up withdrawing £700! Submitted my documents as soon as I cashed out, was able to speak to an online rep called Olivia who was lovely and confirmed which bank account I withdrew to. Money was in my account within 30 minutes max. Absolutely brilliant will definitely use again, thankyou!

Renege on deposit bonus offers, no live chat and ignore emails! I just can't find anything positive about Neptune!

Con site they will not pay out if you win 3rd of December 100 Pound I won, I’ve I sent ID bank statement proof of address about 10 times they just keep asking for more information just hoping I give up after the 11th time of me tryib they now blocked my email address stay well clear they steal money

Plays fine when you spend lots of money..when it's time for a payout it's like playing on dial up from Neptune the planet!! Spins take forever and game constantly reloads..they tell you it's your phone, the cache the browser, it's ALL games and switching to my laptop did not help..seems like a scam..I've closed my account now so I can't be tempted to try for a 12th time!

Waiting for cash outs now for over a month quite happy to take your money but no intention of paying out when you win. I would totally avoid this site. Emailed uploaded documents which have all been ticked. Any other sites I’ve used have accepted the documents provided and paid out literally the next day or so. No contact details completely scammed.

What a joke! I have paid in £400 and won £650. Easy to take your money but they won’t pay out. I have sent all the id and docs required and screen shots and now I can’t login to my account and the chat is unresponsive!

Don’t gamble on this “casino” website, it is a scam of a company.
Just look at the parent company AG Communications and its inactive domain sites.
The parent company, exhibits fraud through tax loopholes whilst opening and closing domain sites.
It utilises predictive gambling or net positioning, meaning you’re losing before the decision is made or the server provides the result.
Furthermore the claimed big wins are a marketing ploy to make you get sucked in.
It’s the type of company that’ll sell your details, for some side hustle.

This site has the worst customer service! Iv had £60 or more worth of deposits taken from my bank but not deposited to my Neptune play account credit ! All I get is repetitive answers from the customer service online chat of which I'm now suspected as being chat bots iv emailed all proof as asked but still no response ! There isn't a phone number to call and iv only had one email from customer services & not from the payment department that all have been escalated to ! Iv over all deposited at least £1200 & only withdrawn two amounts £120 & £55 of which was a rollercoaster to even get to that amount! Iv also noticed that every deposit goes to different account names ! I'm at the end of my tether with it all now and feel like it's a scammer site my advice is avoid!

This is ridiculous got a bonus on lion saga and it kicked me off. Then stated I can’t play any other game until this bonus is played off which I can’t do. I’ve tried over 50 times but as soon I reload the game it kicks me back to the home page. Waited over an hour for a response from customer service with nothing g then they replied which I wasn’t aware of and because I wasn’t active in three minutes closed the chat. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this is happening. I’ve got my win and the bonus I’m missing from the game

Video recorded all of my game play and it’s shocking how their games never pay in return. Out of almost £300 played on £1 the game never dropped a major in game bonus. Unbelievable! I tried to talk to customer service about why my account was suspended and my bonuses disabled on my account and they never replied. Can’t get in to my account with no communication from anyone from their team. Unbelievable that in 2025 almost there are still sites out there like this that get licensed by the gambling commissioner

Poor gambling site overall
Poor gambling site overall. Games are full of glitches and kick you out quite regularly saying technical errors. Tried using several Internet browsers but made no difference. A fair few tools in the menu interface don't seem to work on top of everything with the additional poor customer service feed back and automated service. Typical site more interested in your money than providing good customer service in general.

I would also like to mention that, although it's down to luck and could never be proven, the games on this site seem to give the poorest rtp return I have encountered compared to any other site. It seems quite common to end upto staking 35-40x before seeing a return, which is 99% of the time a 1-2x rtp return. This seems to happen even on higher rtp slots of 96% and up. This site seems to drain your credit quickly which unfortunately for some can entice addicts into a chase to win scenario where you could be tempted to deposit more over shorter periods. My advice would be to avoid this site at all costs, good luck
