Terrible website
Terrible website. Incredibly difficult to make a simple order on the website. After 3 times I just stopped trying to order. Problem is that these new type of cups are only available online or in the nespresso stores. This means: I have to travel at least 20km to the nearest store

Worst coffee machines
Worst coffee machines. I bought one and it broke after 2-3 weeks (using it once a day only) they took it for repair and they just keep sending emails every two weeks that they don t have parts on stock.:)))total piece of crap. Less than 1 star

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They continuously deliver many days after their scheduled delivery date. Additionally, they're insisting that I've received orders which I have not received and are continuing to charge me for this! It's been around 5 emails now informing them that I have not received something. Product is pretty average - will switch to another brand ASAP.

I had a notification on my account to say that if I ordered 180 more capsules then I would go to the next level in my membership status, and the next day, it refreshed and I was back to 0 capsules and starting from scratch again. When I spoke to the customer service about this they said that they can’t do anything about it. The manager was extremely rude and the poor lady we had to speak through felt very bad. I would never had ordered 200 capsules that day; I specifically only did this to go to the next level. Honestly it does not make sense, it felt like a scam just so I would purchase 100eu in coffee because the next day it was completely gone. Unbelievably disappointed of being a customer for over 10 years and that’s how they treat their loyal customers. Wont be buying from nespresso anymore, the loyalty is broken

In 2022 March, i bought the nespresso atelier at Rotterdam store. Last week the machine couldn't make coffee, the water is leaking out. I called customer service for it, and was told that the machine will be picked up two days later which is wednesday, 17th august, I waited the whole day at home for the pick up. But no one came. And suddenly i received the email that the pick up has been rescheduled to today, Thursday. I specially took a day off and waited for it till 16:00 when i received the message that the delivery needs to be rescheduled again. ..............
Besides, the customer service said that i can have a replacement temporarily during my machine was sent back to the factory, but i need to pay for it, €15. The machine only has been used for just 5 months, still in guarantee. The customer service told me that it is the policy. .....
I am shocked for what happened above, especially for the company i have already bought three machines. very disappointed .
Terrible customer care
Terrible customer care. First called 2 days ago when I was notified that my machine was being returned, but I didn't receive a repair report or even a call advising of what needed to be repaired. First agent told me the report would arrive with the machine, the second agent told me to Google Dynafix for a contact number. Nevermind that the machine is in for repairs for the second time in under 2 years. Do not recommend buying and looking for a replacement before the next machine failure.
Bad customer service
We received the machine as a gift 8 months ago and since the last 3 months it was sent for repair twice and each time it took around a month there, so we barely used it and we had to buy another machine (another brand) just to make coffee.
The last time I asked the customer service for new one because it is still under warranty and because the problem can’t be fixed. Again they offer to send me a descaling kit just to make sure that there is no other solution than offering a new one. Again it didn’t work and of course I was using my own capsules (around 12) for testing.
Finally they asked for the invoice but we don’t have it since it was a gift so we provided the serial number along with the purchase date. I told the customer service that they can just check it on the system but but they refused and told me that I have to be grateful that they sent me a descaling kit that costs 9 euros for free and that she doesn’t have time to get the invoice by herself, the only thing that can she offer is new repair.
Now we definitely threw the nespresso machine and we are using another brand.

If I can advise other people --> Please order something at Nespresso when you are interested in having a headache for weeks and want to have a huge phone bill.
Never (really never) had an experience as bad as with Nespresso. Ordered twice and paid directly with ideal (NL payment method), but both orders couldn't be found at Nespresso. Even worse, they deleted my customer account... This could be seen as fishing?? Took me a couple of hours calling with different people (customer service promised a lot, but needed to call myself again and again because I didn't hear back) and as many mails with screenshots of my direct payments to get my money back. REALLY UNBELIEVABLE HOW BAD THIS EXPERIENCE WAS.
And still didn't hear anything back from them....Sorry would be nice (or a sign of life...)

Very poor after sales service
Just bought a creatista plus machine. First week amazing but then issues with the nozzle. Promised replacement within a few days. It did not arrive. Followed up with Nespresso who informed me it would take at least 2 weeks. Offered platitudes.Really disappointing and not the service I was expecting

As for the machines there are 2 worth the price.
INISSIA - Cheaper one, and belive me all of the settings are the same across the machines... so just go for the cheapest (Exept ESSENZA because there seems to be a problem with that line)
Creatista Plus - If you feel like the wand is a must... this is the one. If you ain't doing stuff with milk... just go for the INISSIA.
Lousy service in the Netherlands
Online order from The Netherlands a complete mess. Not for the first time my parcel was lost (Nespresso uses DHL, not the most performing delivery service). The “client service” is virtual and incompetent and keeps repeating the same message.
In the end I lodged a complaint and asked refund through PayPal, only way to get my money back. As the machines are not great either and quite expensive, I’ll migrate to something better for my coffee. Bye Nespresso.
Worse product and customer service…
Worse product and customer service ever. The machine stopped after less than 2 month of usage. I called customer service they said they come to collect it to repair, it will take minimum 10 days and if we want a spare machine to use we need to pay. any way... they said they will come to collect it between 5-10 PM, but never appeared!

Nespresso: Customer loyalty
I bought an Nespresso Machine in September 2020.
During December 2020 Nespresso sent me both a box of salted caramel chocolates and then a invoice for 5 Euros that seems to be outstanding having bought a machine in store.
Seems a very confused way to get customer loyalty.

The worst site ever, nothing is working, you shoud be ashamed of that Nespresso!!! To buy a machine took me freaking 2 hours and 3 calls...nothing work properly on the site..it is delayed and you can t get to the pay page...just a drama.
CS sucks too!

Very bad service
Very bad service, bad advice and way to expensive for what you get.
On advice of customer service ordered a new machine and sold my old one.
Because the 'old one' was broken and took way to long to make the coffee. And now, ordered a new machine for 250 euro and that one takes even longer to make the coffee.
And customer service only says: return the machine. yeah great i sold the old one to make some money for the costs of the new one. And i
ordered for more then honderd euro's of coffee. What do you get in return? Very bad service of a brand that sells themselves as a very good one.

So about three months ago I receive this very pleasant and surprising call from Nespresso. The woman on the phone asks me about how is my experience with my new Nespressoo machine, etc. Then she asks me if I want to receive 50 capsules of coffee and some cookies for free. I freeze for a second, well, yeah, as you can imagine this doesn't happen every day. Or well... ever. No one ever calls me to offer free stuff wihtout a catch. So just to make sure she is really from Nespresso, when she asks me about my details, I ask back: don't you have them in your database? And then she recounts all my details correctly. I'm thinking: hmm, she must be legit. But just to be sure, I ask back like three times: are you sure that's all? I really don't have to pay? She clearly states: no, this one is on us. Fine, then bring me my free coffee!
But guess what... There are no free rides in the world, just as I thought. Now I receive an invoice that I actually do have to pay for the capsules. Customer service is just as helpful as you would expect: nahh, we don't believe you, you have to pay.
