Net-Eco just installed a solar and battery system which has been operating for about a month.

Now I understand how its operating I have asked Net-Eco to supply a further battery extension pack to be added in the future.

Bradley took time to understand what system I wanted and the installation was completed as I expected. The scaffolding, roofing and electrical teams visits were organised well and the teams took care completing the work for the installation.

NetEco have completed a fantastic solar and battery installation at our home and we’re so pleased with the immediate results.

They also brought the sun with them as our 11.52kw battery has been fully charged every day since installation.

From the initial enquiry about installing Solar Panels to the completion of the project, Net Eco have been very professional, helpful and the workmanship very neat and tidy. We would highly recommend the company.

We are coming up on a year since our solar and battery installation and the system has been reliable, with any support queries answered in a timely manner.

The overall quality of the installation including everything from the scaffolding, roofing, and electrical work is of a high standard. Care was taken to not damage anything. Clean wiring runs inside and out.

It is one thing having a great installation (which we did) but the real value when things don't go to plan. We had a technical hitch which left us without any power. Brad and the team were on the case quickly and guided me through resetting the system and got us back online in no time. Perfect!

Net-Eco were recommended to us by a good friend. Bradley and his team delivered on the promise! Bradley spent a couple of site visits, with me, discussing various options until settled on a solution that works for us. The installation team were courteous and professional and ensured I understood how the system worked upon commisioning. In parallel, Saskia and the team progressed the relevant details with the electricity company so that I can receive SEG payment (although it hasn't been sunny enough yet - lol!) I had received a software update that prevented the battery charging overnight - Bradley worked with Foxess until this issue was resolved.

From the first call, to site visit, to the installation and the after install questions, the whole team provided a professional service. They were flexible on choice of EV charger install and location of the Givenergy battery. There were a number of issues during the installation, but with short conversations these were all resolved. The installers were tidy and polite and did a great job.

Net Eco gave very sound advice (Brad was great). The installation team were so helpful and efficient. There was no delay in installing the system and the men worked hard (special shout for Ben). Brad came round after the system was in to explain it further and help us use the app. Would definitely recommend.

From the start N-E Chippenham, have been excellent. From the installation, the additional panels a month later and today with some trouble shooting of a TPW3 they have answered calls and emails with efficiency and speed. The benefit of having a local supplier cannot be under estimated. 5 stars, keep it up 👍

I thought Net-Eco were a very professional and knowledgeable firm to deal with. The whole experience from initial discussions on the type of unit, right through to and including the installation, was all first class.
I really like how approachable and open to questions Bradley is. With new technology there are always things you need clarification on and Bradley has all the answers. Good after sales support is also provided.
Great firm to deal with and competitively priced too.
I will definitely deal with them in the future should I need a further installation and I thoroughly recommend them.

They say ,"Switch - its easy!" Really? BT to Gigaclear was ok until we realised that we lost our anti-virus and had to pay for another, then we lost the battery pack app to the grid and the makers were unable to repair their own equipment BUT recommended a man that could - Brad of Net-Eco. 5 minutes on his mobile and all was restored. How about that! Brilliant = happy me & happy wife & happy export account. Have a happy Christmas Brad.

The team at Net-Eco did not undertake the final supply of PV/Battery on our property as we used someone else with a personal connection, however throughout the process of designing a system and forming a comparable quotation they were exemplary in their professionalism, as such we can highly recommend them.

In particular they demonstrated flexibility in the custom design process, clear understanding of our particular needs and eagerness to provide the most efficient and cost effective option and work with the newest technology (including sodium ion batteries).

Unlike some suppliers, there was no hint of hard sell, obfuscation or empty promises. Just plain, reliable electrical competence. Highly recommend!

We had exceptional service from Bradley Whitham today: knew his job inside out, gave us confidence and can't thank him enough. Highly recommend his company for Solar Panels and maintenance.

From the outset, our contact with Net-Eco has been fun. My background is in tech, and Brad was brilliant, explaining all the technical aspects to us better than I could to my wife. We transitioned quickly from order to installation.

Enter Charlie and new starter Alfie (not that you would know). Alfie handled the internal solar inverter fit. Without being asked, he removed his shoes, as did Charlie when checking on Alfie. Clearly, both care about customers.

Alfie didn’t mention the wasps, even, turns out we have a nest in the loft. I only found out when asked to pair the inverter to our network.

Meanwhile, Charlie was working in the garage to install a battery, an inverter, an EV charger and a changeover switch. There were a couple of extra problems, which were handled perfectly by the team at no additional cost to us. Thank you, Net-Eco, for the free proper earthing point. The installation was tidy and the work area was left spotless. Thank you both.

By now, with the extra work, it was getting late. Rather than keeping Carlie and Alfie (they had offered), Brad suggested that he come back to train us. So glad he did. We now have four apps that could control how the system works. Brad reduced those to two: Fox for the house and Zappi for the car. Without his guidance, I would not have managed to set them all correctly, and I work in IT.
