ANSWER THE PHONE!

Just want to cancel a credit card and get a cancellation letter - to satisfy another bank for refinance. This is my third attempt. First one, waited 30 minutes only to be cut off, no call back. Rang the next day, on hold for 25 minutes had to hang up because, I HAVE A JOB!,

Now on hold, just ticked over 1 hour and 5 minutes and have been told 50 times how much Com Bank appreciates my patience. Makes me want to eat glass.

If they are not going to hire humans to assist, then make these tasks doable online. It's so extraordinarily disrespectful, you care nothing for my time just yours. You don't even tell me how long I'm expected to wait, so I don't know if it's only going be another few minutes or if you've all gone home.

1 hour and 8 minutes, and i'm going to have to hand up again, because I HAVE A JOB!!!!

This is the worst bank in Australia

This is the worst bank in Australia. Their application is always broken, I deposited money from my account but it was not deposited, I called Bang, I was on the line for an hour and twenty minutes, then their employee picked up the phone and hung up while I was talking. I close my account in this bank. Do not open an account in this bank at all, nonsense service, and insult to the customer

Terrible customer service

Just refinanced my home loan to commonwealth bank.
Called to set up my online banking as they have not sent me a password. Waited 40minute in que before the line went silent. Called them back and They put me at the end of the que its been 30 minutes still waiting.

Already cant wait to refinance already.

Useless and Incompetent

Useless - go elsewhere - if you need to call you will wait at least 60mins as a minium. Then the call centre staff are unable to resolve. I bank with others also and am just horrified at the incompetence. I made a formal complaint - the acting staff member failed to read my complaint and just waffled on with the response. DO NOT BANK WITH CBA...will close accounts

The ABSOLUTE WORST bank in Australia.

CBA does one thing well - and that is its app. As for everything else... I have been their customer for 25 years, so I have experience dealing with them. Even from a bank, you would expect some level of humaneness, but there is none. Despite having 2 mortgages with them and doing all of my banking with Commonwealth Bank, they rejected the only request I made in 25 years - allowing temporary overdraft. They said NO. Disgust is a word that cannot adequately express my feelings toward this bank.

Not only are the CBA providing shocking…

Not only are the CBA providing shocking service - out of all the bank feeds on MYOB and XERO - why is CBA often late? Today, all bank feeds are still pointing to 2 days ago. How does any business of any size function with that?? They need to improve BIG TIME AND TAKE SOME INTEREST IN BUSINESS's

Bank Statements

Went into my local branch today, to order some bank statements, but the customer service officer cannot print them for me until sometime over the day. I’ve got to come back to collect them. Very frustrating as other banks print them on the spot quiet happily.

I've just signed up for CommBank

I've just signed up for CommBank. I've tried serval times to call in regards to a pin. Always put me through to the service centre which wait times are so long. Also my branch near me closes at 1pm. I've now taken it upon myself to deactivate after just applying for a card .

Its time to get this bank to zero…

Its time to get this bank to zero rating, This is a bank that treat customers like unfairly, this is a bank that doesn't care about its customers and are so proud of the poor service they deliver. I truly hope more reviews can come in to get this bank to zero rating.

worst customer assistance ever

worst telephone assistance ever. needed to increase my daily withdrawal balance, called early in the morning, went to withdraw the money, and they had not done it. sitting on hold for over half an hour waiting for somebody to take my call. absolutely disgusting since they did not do what I requested in the first place. no words negative enough to describe how appalled I am

currently waiting 2 hours ++

currently waiting 2 hours ++ they said the call centre was open until 8pm. I called at 7pm and it's now 9:20pm and I'm still on hold with the music and voice over saying that 'all our operators are busy and someone will be with you as soon as possible'....but I am unsure if I am on a loop or if this is really true! Either way I feel like I have waited so long, I don't want to risk hanging up!!!

NO customer service

The help page never works, always some error. After the last "downdat" they did I can't see my credit card transaction anymore. Tried to use their chat thingie, doesn't work, went to local branch, 2 people at counter, long queues.... Time to find a decent bank
