When I registered with Netcom I had no idea how much I will learn my focus was learning about this scary AI which was coming to take our jobs. Today I stand confidently knowing how to start my own business, running using digital channels which was also a scary territory for me. Today with the knowledge it isn't so anymore. I can even do my own website and check how and apply strategies on how to remain competitive. As a nurse would they not put AI on the outline I wouldn't have picked it. They also gave us tools for careers. The tutors were very patient and knowledgeable in their subject matter.All lessons were interconnected and at the end it all came together. Thank you Netcom

Netcom has changed the way I approach everything. I have a fresh perspective and clearer current understanding of what I have been doing for the last twenty years, in social media content creation and marketing. I wonder how I managed without the knowledge and focus that I have now. I feel like given the opportunity I could conquer the world with my new skills which include business plan creation and website design. Course was well paced and offered alot of support in and out of class if needed, with alot of support on what services to use and recommendations on what to do to start your own business if thats what you want.

Gary was very engaging and kept checking on you and would have activities to make sure you are paying attention as goes on.

The course is wonderful if you can commit the time as it is a long course and it can feel a bit over whelming if you have to balance a job at the same time, but Gary adn the rest of the team are there to help and support too.

At first, I was really scared to join the Social media and Web design course online as I had never done something like this before, but I really enjoyed it, especially with my Tutor being Gary Murrain-Meade. Honestly, an amazing tutor and very informative. I have learnt so much during this course.

Had an absolute blast attending this course. Anyone at all can try to teach IT or even learn IT just from watching youtube videos but few really capture the right way to teach. Every lesson I attended it was obvious to see the level of quality that Netcom as well as my tutor has made sure to reach for our lessons. I have been very satisfied and content with how Netcom has offered their IT training.

Also, a big shout out to my tutor, Antwan Atkins. No matter the scale of knowledge in terms of IT there were within the learners, patience and support was always available and everyone was always given the opportunity to share their thoughts. I can personally say that I love the way that the classes are set out as it ensures that no one is left behind. Even in the event of this happening, further support is extended towards the learners.

There hasn't been even one moment during my time in this course where I felt like I had no one to turn to or that any questions were unanswered or shrugged off.

Everything about this course and the topics were very interesting to get into and the units were set up in a great order. I really enjoyed the IT Essentials course at NetCom. It was a great mix of theory and practice — from learning about hardware and software to actually building and troubleshooting PCs.
