This is unacceptable
It was meant to be delivered yesterday
Yesterday the 2nd of May was the special day and not today
Everything was ruined

I had an exceptional experience with Netflorist, thanks to the outstanding assistance I received from Kwali.

Given that it was a public holiday and I needed a birthday gift delivered the very next day, I was concerned about timing. I called in the hope that someone might be available, and not only was my call answered, but KWali went above and beyond to assist me. Despite a poor connection, she kindly called me back and patiently helped me select the perfect gift.

She even took the time to help me find matching slippers to go with a dressing gown we had chosen, and then completed the entire order telephonically for me. Thanks to her efficiency and care, the gift was delivered on time the next afternoon — and most importantly, it was absolutely loved!

This level of service, especially on a public holiday, is truly rare. Thank you, Kwali, for making what could have been a stressful situation so seamless and enjoyable. <3

I had such an amazing experience with NetFlorist. The gift I ordered for my girlfriend was absolutely beautiful and arrived exactly as expected. The presentation was stunning, fresh, and clearly prepared with care and attention to detail.

I received a note at about 13;00 that the gift was out for delivery but it was only delivered at 18.33!!! It was probably wilted and melted by then - useless service - utterly irritating

I thought the chocolate was included with the plant. Very disappointed as it showed it and was not added. Very bad advertising

I placed the order yesterday afternoon and expected the gift to be delivered at a reasonable hour. And it was my wife's birthday and gift would of been a better surprise if it arrived sooner. Not a very happy client at this point.

I am very happy with the service, from ordering to paying to delivery.

Netflorist service has detoriorated so badly. They no longer send the "birdie" message in order to alert the receiver that they have a parcel on the way. Deliveries are done at night without any prior notification to the receiver. Finally when the packing arrived, two days after the order was place, the roses were old. Very dissappointing for the price we pay.

Flowers arrived after 6pm and in terrible condition. Roses were old and drooping, other flowers were bent and crushed

I ordered a gift for my mums birthday, the delivery status said 24th, but nothing arrived. There was no communication or feedback. This is extremely unprofessional. Will never use netflorist again!!
