Company is very good to work with for selling your books. Very helpful and easy.

DPD collected both boxes of books (references 11807466 and 11818806), but I’ve only been paid for one. You keep asking me to send the second box before you can pay me, even though it has already been collected.

My emails have bounced back and I’ve been unable to contact you through the app. This level of service is unacceptable. Please investigate the collection with DPD, confirm which box remains unpaid and arrange the outstanding payment without further delay.

I easily scanned my books, they gave me specific directions to mail them and I sent them off. They sent a check for payment. Easy peasy!!

You have the shipping process very well set up. It is so easy to receive labels and ship books out.

This is a great way to Sell Your Books. All you have to do is scan the book and you will be informed whether the amount , box up the ones that you need to sell and they’ll send you a shipping label. You informed them how you want to be paid for your books and it’s a done deal. I am loving it.

Easy to scan, simple packing requirements, condition evaluated within expected time window, money transferred (payment) quickly after.
The only thing I wish is they allowed condition rating - if a "valuable" book is marked as good (visible wear, minor highlighting...) then a reduced price could be offered. I have a few books that could be sold as good or very good that are worth $10+. Their policy implies that books shipped to them that are less than excellent / near new, won't be paid or returned.

It was ok. I was disappointed that the new set of books I sent were marked as not included. So I lost out on just over £3 of the trade. The only bonus was that I had used a voucher and that gave me a bit extra. I wouldn't use the service again.

Really easy to use the website to input book details and get a value. Then simply box up, take to a locker and send. Parcel arrival is confirmed and payment a few days later. So simple.
