Probably the best comms company out there...

Probably the best experience I've ever had dealing with any comms company; the rest would do well to follow Netomnia's example in customer service.
From start to finish, the whole process was simple and other than a collapsed duct a few meters from the house, without any hitches. Everything done in the timeframes indicated with service go-live as promised.
Everyone I spoke to from first sales enquiry, to guys pulling the cables, to the installer (Andrew) were all very professional and efficient. Andrew did a sterling job with the install; very neat and tidy work.

Great Service, great work

Jak went above and beyond with my You Fibre install. I was starting to lose the will with You Fibre and waiting for my install, but Jak arrived and saved the day with a smile on his face. Jak got on on with the job in hand, explained how everything was set up before he left and tested and ensured all was working as should and expected. If only You Fibre had sent Jak weeks ago!!! Thank you Jak, it was really nice to meet you, keep up the fantastic work you do.

Really pleased with the service Scott had provided today. He was polite/ professional and willing to listen to customer's needs. Had my full fibre network installed today and already seeing a massive difference in internet speed. Well worth it.

Really pleased with the whole process

Really pleased with the whole process. Shaun knocked on our door - very polite explained the process. Booking app was quick and convenient. On Installation day Jak Sword turned up and was very polite and professional. Got me set up on my main devices and TV too. Very enthusiastic about his job which was very sweet to see.

You fibre installed by Brad

Had a visit for installation from Brad .

Based in Newport in wales and the service was great , Brad helped with installation and ensuring the connection was at the expected speed.

Also ensured the modem and wiring was all secure and neatly installed.

Brad came to carry out my installation…

Brad came to carry out my installation and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was polite, tidy, and very knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and making sure the job was done to a high standard. He worked efficiently, left everything clean and organised, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking for a professional and reliable engineer.

Big thanks to Brad for the installation recently. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He was very respectful of me, my family and my home and left the work area spotless. It’s rare to find an engineer who is both skilled and so personable. 5 stars!

Amazing!

Just had a guy called Jak Sword round to fit my youfibre and can I say he is absolutely amazing! Top class service and he knows his stuff! He was polite and friendly and a credit to the company! He explained everything he was doing and cleaned up after himself. I actually can’t recommend him enough! Thank you Jak and keep doing what you’re doing. It was a pleasure to meet you and you’re a fantastic young man! 🙌🏻

I rarely write reviews but this was a refreshing experience. Jack the engineer was superb from start to finish, polite professional and very efficient. Took the time to explain how it works etc. Nice to meet someone who genuinely enjoys their job and cares about the customer. If this is what all your engineers are like your company has a very bright future

Poor customer service.

I know its early days, since the BRSK-YouFibre merger, where netomnia, has taken over the infrastructure.

a query was made the other day about availability of network build in my apartment complex, the response was that they don't have any plans as the surrounds (Which presumably is the area) isn't on their build list.

Despite the fact the neighboring road and houses whom are on the same postcode, being formerly of BRSK territory being fibre enabled, i pointed this out and there was no reply from the team, so ghosted by a company that tries to provide excellent customer service.

If they could provide fibre here, to this apartment block they could have a captive market as no one else seems to be interested, therefore have escalated this to the MP for intervention to get a form of fibre installed in the block either by Openreach or someone else who is interested.

Young lad named Jak Sword installed my new broadband. Couldn't have met a nicer bloke. Very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. Actually cares about his job and career. Didn't leave until he made sure everything was working fine and my devices were connected. What a credit to the company he is.

Youfibre install with Mr Jak Sword

Had the pleasure of welcoming Mr Jak Sword to my house this morning to install my youfibre Internet, what a gem Netomnia has there, polite enthusiastic and a knowledgeable young man, he kept me informed throughout the process and would give him 10 stars if I could. My Internet speed is now much faster than my previous supplier and more important much cheaper i couldn't be happier. Thanks Jak!
