Ridiculous
Non existent customer service and useless website.
The instruction manual for the 4 in 1 Pole Hedge Trimmer and Chainsaw points you to their website in order to find replacements for it.
I need a new chain for the pruner and is it there? Of course not.
There's a chat box which no one answers.
Also, sadly their chainsaw pruner isn't standard and it's impossible to find a compatible replacement from a third party.

Terrible quality and customer service
Terrible quality and customer service. I bought two Netta 36 inch oscillating fans from Amazon 6 weeks ago. However, one of the fans now struggles to start in either of the first two speeds. It takes over 6 minutes for the first or second speed to reach the output. I contacted Amazon and they said to contact Netta directly. I sent a message to them via their website and used their “chat” function… I’m still waiting for a reply from either of those two sources.

Great service
Great service, I ordered a spare battery for my hedge trimmer, but accidentally added the wrong battery. NETTA contacted me to let me know I had selected the wrong battery and asked if I wanted them to send the correct battery instead. They saved me a lot of hassle of returning the wrong battery, was very pleased with the service and would recommend them.
