This lady, Corey, and her team went above and beyond to help my mum and partner after hospital admissions. So helpful and kind and positive in outlook. I would deffo recommend!!!!!!

Everyone at Network health care bristol have been helpful, kind and have gone out their way to make my life comfortable. I have been with Network for all most 5 years now. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs support

In April 2024, I used this company for end of life care for my husband John, the care was organised at short notice and the office staff were most helpful and compassionate, the carers were second to none and arrived on time when I needed them most, it allowed John's dying wish to remain at home, it also allowed my daughter to spend time with him as a daughter rather than his carer, both office staff and carers came to his funeral too! which was a lovely gesture, cannot recommend them enough!! I have been intending to put this on but have been struggling to have the strength to do it until now

The Clevedon branch of Network Healthcare provided exceptional care for my grandad during his final days. They were truly faultless in their service. As my family faced the difficult decision for him to remain at home during his last weeks, we couldn't have anticipated how challenging it would be.

The team showed immense compassion and care, always ensuring that every detail was attended to in order to make us feel at ease and keep Grandad comfortable. They patiently explained everything to both us and him, and they went above and beyond to reassure my grandmother, who was understandably distraught. I cannot praise the team enough. I'm writing this on behalf of myself and my grandmother, who is still coming to terms with the loss of her husband but is deeply grateful for the support we received from Network Healthcare. She continues to commend their work to everyone she meets during this difficult time.

Firstly the office staff are rude and they definitely don't see the human side of all this - it's just rules and regulations to them. Secondly they are disorganised - it took them days to do a stool test as requested. Thirdly the time windows they give for emergency care are ridiculously broad - 8am-2pm and 4pm-10pm. When someone needs the toilet and has no idea when they might come it's really stressful and of course it's highly likely there will be an accident which is an issue of human dignity. They couldn't care less. Take it or leave it. I'd rather pay my own money than have my dad sit in his own faeces thanks. But they have this area of care sown up as Sirona uses them so they do what they like.

Treats clients very unfairly. Treating staff like slaves.
Dont bother applying.
