I would HIGHLY recommend them for your home security needs. Had an appointment booked for Wednesday, engineer due between 8.30am to 1pm. After 3pm, no sign of the engineer, so my wife rang to see what the story was. She was told they would reach out to the engineer. In fairness to him, he rang back within 5 minutes and stated he would arrive at around 4pm.
Move into 5.30pm, still no engineer. Rang the service department, closed!!!! Rang the engineer, and he said Network Security were meant to call to rearrange the appointment - no phone call.

I rang later on that evening requesting a call back for the next day, and guess what.... no call came!!!

I rang the next day to try to arrange a new date, was told I'd get a call back within 10 minutes, and, you've guessed it, no phone call!!!

I emailed you and requested that the system be removed, and get a call the next day to rearrange the appointment - 2days after the initial appointment. I stated that I wasnt interested, and if I was to reconsider, I would require an extra camera to be fitted Free of charge as a gesture of good will for the previous muck up, to which I was abruptly told "you're already getting a free one". Review your phone recording!! That was the last straw, so system coming out this weekend.

I am a service engineer and I understand people can run late, and sometimes miss appointments, but its our policy that if we are running late, or not going to make an appointment, to call our customers to inform them of the change of times. Maybe you should enforce this policy instead of having your customers waiting on someone who is not going to come!!! It's a simple phone call....

Oh, did I state my wife took the day off work to facilitate this appointment.....

The Network System Security Technical Installation Engineer was very respectful, diplomatic, communicative, informative and he demonstrated full knowledge, know-how and expertise during the installation process. The system works well and we are impressed so far.

Had an issue with a sensor on the alarm, added stress we were away on holidays rang Network & Roberta was so helpful. Arranged for an engineer to come out as soon as we’re home, isolated the sensor her end and also switched the alarm on her end which put us at ease - great customer service

The team are brilliant. You always feel like you get a personal service. Ian is really helpful and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Brilliant experience ! Stephen arrived cheerful in spite of the miserable weather conditions ( He got caught up in the flooding! ) He showed great patience with this older technophobe as he very clearly explained to me how to use the alarm system. This young man is a very efficient and clean installer …. Charming to boot! ( Also a pretty good salesman ……. Persuaded me to add security to two further windows!!!!! )

When I had inadvertently deleted my account, I rang technical support and got talking to a chap by the name of RYAN, explained my situation, he said “no problem we’ll get you sorted “ he directed me through all the steps to reset the account and password etc. during all this time, and I’m a very slow typer, he stayed on the line until he was sure that I could log into my account again. A real gentleman, pleasant and very knowledgeable, knows his job well. I would give this guy 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, thank you Ryan.

My panel went offline and Chau from technical support very patiently talked me through resetting it. His efficiency and politeness are to be commended

Made a new contract Ian was kind and helpful highly recommend him.

Mr chau is very helpful and good and really knows what he is doing , he was able to fix the technical issues that i have been having for a long while.
